The Pulte team was fantastic throughout this process. Really appreciated Stephanie and Troy's help making sure our house was built with the best quality and care. They have been so caring in making sure all of our needs were met and we are very happy with our new home.

Jessica from the sales office is amazing! And continues to be helpful with questions and concerns that we have. Steve ***** the construction manager is absolutely amazing! He went over the whole house with us and made us feel like we made the right choice. He knows everything inside and out and continues to be a smiling face we see every morning in the neighborhood and answering any question we have right away. You can't find people like him anymore. Our downside with Pulte was Pulte Mortgage Company. They were absolutely horrible! Luckily their secondary mortgage company CMG quickly turned things around and fixed all the mistakes and mess that Pulte Mortgage made. ... Más

The people that you're dealing with will determine how successful your final product is. If you're in the Vegas area Todd ***** in sales is excellent, Brandon in construction, Anthony in home warranty. Pulte as a company 4 months in has stood behind everything as promised. It's a very large company, we've had some bad reps before so just like any large company do your research or if you feel things aren't going well, ask for a change as soon as you notice it's not working out. We had a great sales and construction experience because we had the right team. Things are going to happen, that's the nature of a dirt build - it's always a messy process for any home builder dealing with subcontractors, mistakes, design changes, customer overlooks. Having a great team around you is the key. Two recommendations for Pulte if anyone actually reads these: 1. Bring customers back into the design center for 2 additional hours, just before the final closing deadlines for finishes. Going into the design center for a 3-hour "crash course" leaves customers feeling rushed and overwhelmed. Giving the customer 2-3 weeks between visits and bringing them back in would give them more peace of mind and I guarantee it would save your Pulte reps many additional hours later on in the process. 2. Have the electrical rep more prepared - the rep should have a floorplan with the exact locations of all electrical outlet positions and internet drop locations. The electrical rep literally lays out a blank floorplan in front of you and asks where you want things - it's a broken process. They need to have a floorplan that shows the current locations of all electrical and THEN ask what you want to add/change. Our process would have been so much better if they said things like "here is the floorplan showing the location of the lighting in the stairway, and the switch that controls those lights - if you add a stairway light would you like to add just a single pole switch at the bottom or would you like to pay for an additional switch at the top as well?" With our added decorative heavy duty JBox, we have to walk to the bottom of the stairs every time we turn off the light. If the process was adjusted on the front end, Pulte would solve a lot of customers issues on the final build. Same with the main gathering room "here are your points of entry (garage and main entry) would you like to add any additional switches so that you don't have to cross the entire room to turn on/off these added traverse lights. When it comes to outlets or internet drops - we found that we added and paid for additional outlets or CAT drops right next to where outlets/CAT already come standard, because the electrical rep didn't have that info at the design center appointment. Electrical is one of those areas that needs to be clear and done right from the beginning because once its all run, it's very hard to go back and change after the fact. We asked for a map with all current locations but the electrical rep said those blank floorplans was all he had. Once again, Pulte should have the electrical rep at the 2nd followup design center appointment just to thoroughly review and make sure the customer has been presented with the best ideas prior to final deadline. Other things the electrical rep could bring up in the process: adding sconce lighting in bathrooms, are you adding hanging garage racks and if so lets lay out the lighting so its not blocked by hanging racks, outlets in bath cabinets is always smart for toothbrush or razor charging, and adding the ability for them to add outlets in the cabinet drawers would be really great. Some of these things we thought of but what a service to PULTE customers if the electrical rep helped them through the process - more than a blank page and little info. Great experience overall! We had such an awesome experience from beginning to end. Our construction manager sent us weekly photos and updates and kept us in the loop with everything.

Sabrina was awesome from the beginning. She answered all of our questions and helped with anything we needed. Jim was very responsive with any issues that we brought up.

We've bought a few new homes over the years, and this was definitely one of the smoothest. There will always be a few flaws with a new home, this one no exception. Even so, builder was responsive and was satisfied with the results.

I'd say they are all about getting their high ***** reviews right after you close but the follow-up for the few minor things I've had has been way less personalized with this portal. Kevin is just a QR code never seen or heard from since brief initial pre close review. There are some things reported to Pulte and ***** concerned on over lot next door and then to be putting in a French drain as the lot doesn't drain well which seems to pull into my lot. My driveway well after a rain the pavers are still soaked wet while my neighbors next door have dried out?

Start to finish was great and easy to complete. House is very well built and had a lot of options. Only area that could improve is the underwriting team, they seemed to ask for items that have never come up in previous purchases that we not relevant to home buying. All worked out in the end and would still highly recommend Pulte. Building my manage Joe was amazing.
