Buying a Pulte home was a good experience. Everyone was super helpful as this was the first time my wife and I had purchased a home. Home was finished ahead of schedule and was completed as we expected. Looking forward to spending many more years in this home.

There are two very important Pulte professionals at Villas of Fair Oaks. You first meet Diane who works hard to help you make your purchase. She listens intently to your budget concerns and works with you to select the available amenities. Jesse is the project professional who keeps things on track. He works with you to keep you updated through the entire building process. He has his own set of standards for the house he will deliver. He wants everything to be “his way” which lets you know that you will be getting a house that exceeds your expectations. He is always available to give advice or lend a helping hand. Overall Excellent Experience , trustworthy and professional

When we first walked into the model home at the Briargate sales center we were wowed by the tall ceilings, numerous large windows & open plan. We returned a number of times to check quality of materials and construction and were never disappointed. Once we “pulled the trigger” all the Pulte people we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable & competent. Overall, a very positive experience.

Working with Pulte was seamless. Amy and Auggie were available to answer any questions and provided weekly updates. We lived out of state and were felt comfortable with the process.

All of the Pulte representatives we’ve encountered, from Peter to David to Bryan to Mike, have been courteous, informative and responsive. Our list of issues at closing were a handful and all minor. Things were realized after closing, also minor, were handled in a timely manor. We are extremely satisfied.

Peter was very helpful during the process. It was really comforting to receive photos of the house during construction, since we were out of town buyers. Bryan was really great during the building process, understanding our concerns and alleviating them. He was very understanding of our situation and really reduced our anxiety with being so caring.

Great property location next to Danada Forest Preserve and convenient access to the highway.

Pulte is a great home builder, and financing with Pulte has made things easier. I highly recommend Pulte as a home builder and to finance your home if needed.
