Cuando empezó el 2025 decidimos comprar una casa en Georgia, estábamos fuera del país cuando la encontramos por internet, mi hijo vino a verla y conoció a la señora más amable y comenzó este proceso, al ser compradores primerizos algunas cosas en el sistema no estaban listas o fáciles con nuestro crédito, pero la constructora lo hizo posible y además tenemos una casa más linda de lo que soñamos... gracias a Pulte Homes y su gran equipo, fue lo mejor que nos ha pasado desde que llegamos a Georgia hace 3 años, nuestro sueño se hizo realidad!

Nuestro gerente de construcción, Jerry, fue maravilloso. Estuvo muy atento durante todas las etapas de la construcción. Vivir en otro estado lo dificultó; sin embargo, Jerry lo hizo todo sin estrés. La calidad de la construcción y los materiales de construcción son superiores a los de los cuatro constructores que he contratado para construir mis casas. Todas las solicitudes de garantía se han atendido de manera oportuna y se han resuelto eficazmente.
