I had an excellent experience with Pulte. Their sales, construction, and mortgage teams demonstrated excellent communication from the onset and throughout the build process. They hit their milestones and enabled us to close on schedule. Their build quality is great and the design elements are thoughtful. Their post-sale warranty experience has also been great so far. Jon and Rob are quick to respond and resolve any items that come up. I'd highly recommend their homes!

Kris and Sean, Senior Construction Managers, were informative throughout the construction phase and walk through and no question was to elementary for them to answer. Comments or concerns were addressed on timely and professional manner. Pulte offers a turn key solution on purchasing/building your dream home.

When I found the Pulte community of new townhouses in Sudbury Ma, I was so happy! We purchased on of the Ashton design, and we are so happy. Quality workmanship and the crew we delt with are super nice and very helpful. Value was also great for what we got. We would buy a Pulte home in a heartbeat in the future.
