The team was great and very helpful. I’d also like to highlight Marissa. Even though she was a sales woman at a totally different complex, she gave me tons of amazing assistance and unmatched service before Aspen Ridge was even started.

The sales and construction teams at Pulte have been so awesome!!! We can’t say enough for how much they’ve helped us during the construction process and afterwards!! They’ve helped with many planning issues as well as building and after building the house questions and issues that have come up. Can’t thank you enough!! Super teams!!

Our sales rep did a great job updating us regularly from signing and commitment through design. Once the dirt started moving, the production manager on site kept us well informed regularly about the building phase. He often sent us photos along the way too. Two months in, we are enjoying our new condo! No major problems or concerns to report and we feel confident that should any issues do arise, Pulse will address them through the ten year umbrella warranty included in our purchase.

Awesome experience with build quality and addressing questions promptly

I had an excellent experience with Pulte Homes. They were very responsive and their communication was excellent. I am super impressed by their attention to detail and the quality/craftsmanship is superb. They helped me with the purchase process continually and responded quickly to any questions I had.

This is our second experience living in condo/townhouse community. Our experience with Pulte exceeded our expectations. When a few issues came up after moving in, Pulte representative were quick to respond. Vince, Adam and Matt were great!

I am happy to say that every single issue or question I have had since my move has been handled quickly and courteously by ADAM. The construction crew have all been friendly and have kept the necessary construction mess away from the homeowners as much as is possible, for which I am grateful.

Pulte home design layout are practical, their workmanship is great, overall price wise it’s an excellent build, will definitely choose Pulte for next purchase.

My wife and just built a new home with Pulte and Ali and Jennifer made our experience so enjoyable. Building a new home for us was fun but stressful, and they made our journey rewarding, creating a collaborative and trusting environment.

I knew when I decided to sell my house in New York and have a new house built to move to Michigan, that there would be many disappointments along the way. I am happy to say that the Pulte construction manager Chadd was not one of them. Chadd exceeded my expectations. He was personable, communicative, knowledgeable, intelligent and organized. Chadd set deadlines and stuck to them. He was sympathetic to the realities that I was facing in coordinating two closings and a cross-country move, and worked to ensure that the new house was well-built and ready on schedule. I have sent Chadd many questions over the months, and he has fielded them all in a timely fashion. How fortunate Pulte is to have him as a construction manager. Chadd is a gem! ... Más

Over all it was a pretty good experience! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they got my house done and Brian was great throughout the whole process!

The Pulte team made our home building experience great from start to finish. From sales, design, and construction the process was as smooth as possible due to the team involved. We are very happy with the home design and quality of products/installation. Our construction manager definitely took great pride to deliver to our expectations, even pointing out things we may want reconsider from his experience. As with anything, issues can arise but they were promptly address. The Pulte team and especially the Ballantyne team were excellent!!

Everyone was great to work with from the sales team, the construction team and the title company. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jim (Sales Representative) was responsive to any questions and communicated with me regularly. He ensured I was able to visit the design center on my availability and schedule for being in town from Phoenix. He also represented my needs for the construction timeframe throughout the process. Adam (Construction Manager) is amazing. During the construction process he kept me informed on the progress of the project. Being 3000 miles away this was so important to me. He was able to ensure the completion of my home when the timeframe was accelerated since I sold my home in Arizona sooner than expected. Also, from the project walk through till today he has been VERY responsive to any of my concerns and questions. I feel like he listens and determines how to address them and solves the issue.
