I recently purchased a townhouse from Pulte Homes and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The process of buying the townhouse was made easy with the help of their dedicated sales team who were always available to answer any questions I had and guide me through the process. The townhouse itself is beautifully designed and built to a high standard. The layout is practical and efficient, and the finishes are of good quality. The community is well-maintained and offers a range of amenities such as a playground, pool and a clubhouse. The location of the townhouse is also great as it is near to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. Pulte Homes also offers a great warranty and maintenance program, which gave me peace of mind knowing that any issues that may arise will be addressed promptly. Overall we had a good experience with Pulte

The end to end home buying experience was seamless. The home was delivered within the timelines and per the expectations set in the contract.

It was a smooth sailing process, all the way from the sales office through the walk through, and to the closing. I must give a shout-out to the great guys we met along the way — Andrew, Levi (awesome guy) and Paul. However, I’d wished the house cost less or came with more upgrades for the price. Such as all wood flooring in the second floor, a wood-burning fireplace, a third full bath (ground floor in Frampton model) and ceiling moldings.

Overall buying experience is good and enjoyed Pulte professional service, but the workmanship quality is not like perfectly and if the detail of interior quality can be more precisely, that’ll be more perfect.

Price to product is every good，needs a little improvement on attention to detail,

People at Pulte are friendly and respond to us promptly. Quality of work is good. Good company.

Really smooth process, everyone involved was great and helpful and not once did we feel bamboozled. Overall happy with the home, some materials could have used a higher quality spec.

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood!

Everyone we worked with at Pulte, including the sales manager and construction managers, were excellent. Communication was consistent and they were always helpful. However, the workmanship of the home leaves a lot to be desired. For the price, I would have liked to see more attention to detail. We still have tiny holes in the wall, scratches in bathroom tile, backsplash tile that is broken, etc.

Overall satisfied but finishing could have been improved.

I booked my townhouse with Pulte in January 2020 and then Covid happened in March , i though the project will get delayed by a huge sum but instead to my surprise Pulte were very efficient and did not delay the project as expected even in this difficult & challenging times. Pulte has been very trustworthy in delivering project in time. Very happy with their response overall.

Noise between units and no driveway are th only negatives.

After I closed on the house there were many issues. My customer care manager, Ralph has been wonderful. Unfortunately, most of the materials and the the quality of work is subpar. There's still more than a dozen of issues still needs to be addressed. I would love to speak with 1 or more of your executives of the headaches and inconvenience this caused me and my family. We closed our house with a couple unfixed issues. And as we moved in, we found more issues on the flooring and AC installation. So we have to contact the warranty team to fix them, But they just replied and then disappeared for two months. They do not care about you at all once your house is closed. So make sure you check everything carefully before closing.
