Ever since my husband passed away, my daughter has been urging me to move closer to her. She sends me link after link, picture after picture of lovely homesites. My answer is always the same, "Thank you, but no." Then, one day she sent me the link for Hunterdon Creekside, and I fell in love with it. I saw it, I signed the contract, I moved here in June, and I love it more each day—the house, the Pulte staff, and my neighbors!

I had a punch list ready for the walkthrough. Turns out I didn't need it, they fixed everything prior to the walkthrough, Very nice place, I'm very happy with it.

Pulte Homes is my first home buying experience, so I do not have much to work off of, but I think that it was a good experience. The quality is decent overall, but for the price of this place, it is amazing.

The project manager was excellent for each of my walk threw. Everything was explained in detail, step by step. My build was happening at a very difficult time I was kept informed throughout the whole process

I've been impressed with the prompt and clear communication from Matt Rankin throughout this process. Jeff McCuster is professional, personable, patient. I never felt rushed. I liked Jeff's patient explanation of the construction process and, with all the delays in the construction world, I am grateful to finally be in my new home. I feel secure with how my home was built. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

The people we worked with were responsive and easy to talk to. We got a beautiful home and are so happy to be here. The sales office was great and the design center had beautiful options to choose from.

After getting our home inspection report, all of our issues were fixed or repaired.

Dealing with the PULTE Team from start to finish was very professional and responsive.

Beginning when I decided to purchase this home, the Pulte employees have been responsive to all my questions and concerns. My Field Manager answered every email quickly and made me feel that I had a primary role in the building of my home. Now that I am here, I am thrilled with my home, my neighborhood and community.

So far so good, there are a few things that need to be addressed but my overall experience has been very positive.

Very well made, solidly built. Is it the finest construction materials...not everywhere...but for the most part, yes. The lower grade stuff is the stuff you might replace right away for style...carpeting, range, refrigerator....those are the main things. As for doors, hardware, toilets....they are good quality and will last. The building is very nice on the outside, very happy with that. It doesn’t look like an “affordable” income restricted bldg. As such, I expect certain things not to be premium grade, of course. What I have is warranted, and things do seem like they will last. I will not replace for style...as I bought this because of my budget. All tolled...I am quite happy and would readily recommend Pulte. ... Más
