The entire homebuying process (as first time homebuyers) was smooth and seamless. We didn’t know what to expect, but we are blown away at how smooth, efficient, and easy the whole process was from putting down our deposit all the way through closing. Pulte provided me guidance on all the steps from contract to closing. I am happy with my home purchase and the surrounding neighborhood area.

I bought because of the salesperson Michael and I was even more pleased with the effort of the customer service manager Rick. The workmanship is excellent. Some of the touch ups could’ve been better. The cleaning crew did a poor job when all was said and done.

Location is critical in buying a home, Pulte homes understands this well and chooses strategic locations while building quality homes that makes us proud to own. We are very happy with the purchase and looking forward to a long time of memories built in thr beautiful home.

Pretend to be high end but just average

Great team to sell and build homes. Pleasant, smooth, and fast experience. However, the walls do not provide adequate soundproofing (I can see neighbors' voices from my bedroom, bathroom, entrance by the kitchen. Also, there were 1/2 inch gaps between the dry walls and cement slab in the garage (so, bugs could get under the dry wall towards the wooden structures). I had to calk it and cover with molding. Otherwise, I am happy with my home.

Well it’s overpriced, every windows are not done correctly so you can’t install window shades and garage doesn’t come with basic paint for almost 500k house and this is our 5th brand new house and all the houses we ever purchased came with basic paint so doesn’t look like patches on the wall everywhere We took a walk with construction person and made a checklist and 50% of items were not done and at finally inspection we pointed out and he reacted as it’s normal than finally got it done. Would it recommend pulte to anyone- not really Let’s see what happens at end of year inspection now

Salvatore P, Michael W, and Nancy L were absolutely top notch. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and always responsive. They made the process smooth. 10/10 stars for each of them! Pulte Mortgage was an absolute nightmare for me to deal with. I give Pulte Mortgage 0/10 stars. I will never recommend Pulte Mortgage to anyone. At two points in time I considered walking away from the purchase due to Pulte Mortgage. Salvatore P saved the deal both times. He went above and beyond his required job duties and he did so on his day off! He is truly dedicated to his work and his clients. I can’t speak highly enough about Salvatore P and his professionalism. Pulte needs to revamp their mortgage division; not doing so, in my opinion, will likely result in their loosing buyers. The builder is always in a hurry to close the home. There are few aesthetics that are not finished properly. If they had taken time, they would probably had done a clean job. I still have blue tape issues after closing and I'm probably going to have them done myself.

Very rushed job at the end while rushing to close, and you can tell in the workmanship of the house. Paint was patchy, dry wall looks horrible (dents/gashes everywhere, dry wall seems already bubble-ing after 1 month, spackle jobs around dry wall seems are horrible. After closing, someone did follow up to fix the REALLY BAD spots, but still did a mediocre job at best.

I think the price was too high
