All of our interactions were positive from start to finish. The entire team was responsive to issues and any concerns we had during the build process and after. Our construction manager Edgar was very knowledgeable, kept us informed during the build process, and addressed all concerns we identified during thr build and after.

Interactions with the builder is what made this home buying experience feel safe, and reassuring that you are getting the quality you are paying for. We’ve had a great deal of experience purchasing new builds and think that Pulte exceeds in many ways. Their level of customer service gave us a lot of confidence in them. Every person we dealt with, from sales to field manager, was responsive and knowledgeable. All calls were returned promptly and all questions answered. We felt part of the construction process and were kept well informed at each stage. If we had any issues or concerns, they were addressed quickly. Of all the homes we have built, all were built by tract or semi-custom companies. Pulte is far and away the best.

I do not appreciate nor cordon the way Pulte handled our final inspection. In attendance were my wife and me, the supervisor (worthless. No longer works for Pulte), the salesperson and the warranty lady. We were intimidated and overwhelmed. No questions we had were answered. Pulte needs to re-think this approach.

Our experience with purchasing a new home from Pulte at La Cuentesta was flawless, Our sales agent Patty made everything very easy by explaining the homes and was outstanding is assisting us through the paperwork. The homes are of high quality, and have excellent floor plans. Also any minor discrepancies we found after we moved in were quickly and efficiently resolved. I would recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

From the Pulte sales models...to our salesman...our home buying experience has been great! We love our new home! We did have a few minor items that needed attention--AND? Pulte and their crew were quickly responsive! Our house is very well built and energy efficient! We like the neighborhood and the view of the Sandia Mountains.

The Estates at La Cuentista come highly recommended! From the super convenient and highly commutable location to the quality of the build and our amazing construction manager, Eric... We cannot say enough great things! As with any new Pulte build, you can customize from the ground up or you can fall upon a great deal with a move in ready spec-home. No matter which way you go, you will be amazed by the thought and workmanship put into the build. All Pulte homes in our community come with an open, spacious floor plan and living area to accommodate any size family as well as a great space for entertaining. Pulte uses quality materials and contractors as high end finishes and offers a superior warranty. I was skeptical about getting warranty work done after our close date but I am amazed with the simplicity and commitment they have in ensuring everything is perfect. Becky is our contact for warranty work and she is extremely prompt to respond to our concerns and always follows up to ensure open items are taken care of. Our kitchen has ample counter and cabinet space and the bathrooms are also nicely appointed with countless finish options. Two of my favorite standard features about are home are the high ceilings (total jaw-dropper) and the Taexx Pest Control lines. If you've never heard of Taexx but hate bugs inside the home, look it up and you will be impressed! And the topper of it all, La Cuentista is a gated community so it's super safe, quiet and impeccably clean! It is also close to a number of top rated public and private schools. Everyone was great in the experience EXCEPT Carlos! Other than that Pulte should include a KitchenAid standing mixer if customers purchase the KitchenAid package. These surveys have no validity. They dont measure what is intended to be measured.

From beginning to end buying a home with Pulte has been a great experience. Carlos helped my family and I more then we could ever imagine, the others that we meet from Pulte were absolutely incredible. We are absolutely in love with our new home and we are grateful to the people at Pulte for making our home buying experience smooth and enjoyable!

This was a huge purchase for us. Carlos, our sales representative helped us every step of the way! We lived in a Pulte home for 8 years before, we never had any issues. So far this home has exceeded our expectations!

Finally in our newly built home, after a very long wait due to the pandemic and supply chain issues. We finally did settled with a building manager after going through 4 of them, but our last building manager Ralph was awesome. He and Brendan provided us extra personal customer service which was above and beyond. Ralph and Brendan answered all of our questions and ensured we were comfortable moving in. Lisa our Pulte sales rep also was amazing. She kept us in the loop on the status of the build and quickly corrected any issues we had. Her customer service and professionalism was beyond our expectations. In today's world, finding a company with great customer service is rare, so we were pleasantly surprised when we Ralph, Brendan and Lisa excelled at it. We are very happy with our newly built home and even with small details that will need to be fixed as we continue to settle in, we are rest assured that Pulte's great customer service will continue and they'll come through with ensuring we are good to go in all areas of our new home. We started our home buying experience with Pulte Homes July 31, 2021. Due to situations beyond Pulte Homes control ( covid19, suppy line shortages and lact of laborers) it took an extra 6 months to complete construction. It was very much worth the wait. You can not beat the quality of Pulte Homes. We are very happy with the completion of our home. Each of our specifications were met exactly as desired. We definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
