Britney, Lori, and Edward made the process of finding, closing, and inspecting the home super easy and enjoyable. They were great to work with and always available with a friendly attitude and great service. This was the easiest home purchase we have ever had.

Overall, our experience with Pulte was overwhelmingly positive. We love our floor plan, and the building quality is top notch. It was great to have everything customized to our desires

Raul was very responsive and went through all the processes with me. He was an excellent builder. Brittany in the office was excellent to work with in setting things up.

We loved how we would get weekly updates. Julio stayed on top of it as well as Skylar. We also liked how available they were when it came to answering our questions.

Took longer than expected, largely due to limitations beyond builders control. Mortgage process can use fine tuning to make more seamless for the buyer. The finished product is great and the building staff was our best comparing to prior builds.

They made the process super easy and enjoyable.

Patty Johnson and Edward (construction manager ) were always very helpful!!!! My family and I love the house and how it was constructed with care. Great design for living. At first thought it weird laundry was upstairs but now I love it.

We appreciated the communication from the sales office and field manager throughout the buy/build process. We were never surprised with any issue and all of our comments/concerns were attended to quickly.

Edward, my construction manager, is always polite and professional. What’s more, he is from my observations a very hardworking working and knowledgeable supervisor. Overall, a great homebuying and building experience with Edward. We have a beautiful new townhome and are pleased with our neighborhood. Yes, there remains a checklist of moderate and small issues to be corrected, and I am expecting that the Pulte process will have a fully satisfactory result.

We were remote during the build. Pulte delivers all the services to from design, to build through the mortgage to hand hold you. The key at the end of the day is the home quality and Joed, our field supervisor was amazing and made the experience very positive.

For being a first time home buyer the experience with Pulte was truly amazing.

All individuals from the Pulte Home group (Including Pulte Mortgage, Pulte Home Insurance, and affiliates PGP Title) were approachable, informative, and professional. We felt from initial purchase to final move-in that we were able to comfortably reach out and get any questions answered or concerns addressed in a timely manner. The building team did a great job throughout all phases of the development. Both interior and exterior finish details exceeded expectations with only minor necessary touch ups. We were frequently updated with the progress of our home and immediately notified of any delays in materials. My brother and I bought this townhouse in the middle of the pandemic sight unseen. The Pulte team was incredible! Right from the start Susan Kane our Pulte Realtor was there to answer all of our questions. She took pictures and video to show us what we were buying. Our construction manager Joed Jacquez was in touch with us every week with a phone call and pictures to show us the progress on our home. The Pulte design center made it easy to pick the finishes. Sandra Alvarez with Pulte Title made closing smooth and easy. After we moved here the warranty services reached out to us so that we have a direct contact there should we need them. Thanks Pulte! Very happy with my new home! The process was easy and enjoyable.

I had an excellent experience overall with Sales team. While the project started later than we wanted the construction process picked up schedule quickly. The site was always clean and subcontractors looked professional and organized which is a good sign. Pulte is highly efficient..keeping their costs our costs as buyers down. Entire experience very process driven, buyer centric in my opinion.

The construction manager Edward was on top of all issues and responsive. Britney (sales) was also very helpful and responsive to questions. We have had a variety of issues that are to be expected of new builds, Pulte has been very good about fixing issues that arise.

Overall great. Just a few items that i am waiting on to be addressed.

Edward, the construction manager, went over and above trying to make things right. He made sure that repairs were done up to high quality. There have been issues with several items that needed attention. The biggest of which is the quality and workmanship of the blinds that were installed in the house. Edward has tried at every level to help work through this issue and hopefully by November 8, when the blind company returns, there will be a resolution.
