I simply love my home

We purchased this home while still living in Texas. The initial process from picking the style of the home, the lot and all the finishes was a simple and easy process made possible by Tom & Maureen. For most of the homes' construction, we would get weekly updates from our construction manager, Wayne. The process was well defined and gave us a sense of ease considering we were doing this long distance. On our final walk through, everything was as what we had expected and could not have been more pleased. As with any new home, there are always a few tweaks that need attention and the Warranty Team did an excellent job of taking care of what needed to be addressed and followed up on the service visit. Wow, what a wonderful experience my wife and I had in purchasing our home in Crescent Cove. From our first meeting with Michael, the sales coordinator, to James our construction manager, we couldn’t have been happier. Michael’s knowledge and assistance with designing a perfect home, to showing us homes that were move in ready, convinced us we were choosing the right neighborhood . Once we chose our home, we met with James. Our first visit found the home with numerous “blue stickers” that James said needed touch ups. The next day painters were busy correcting blemishes. Our followup found more blue stickers, as James made sure that everything was perfect inside our new home. The process from signing to closing was effortless. Megan and Robert were very caring and made sure that our new home would be beautiful! Their communication through the entire time was spot on. We moved from Pennsylvania so that was very important to my wife and I.

From the beginning, working with Crista was fantastic! She was so attentive to our needs questions and wants! She was always responsive to all emails and phone calls and was truly amazing with the overall experience from beginning to end. Anthony our Project manager was excellent as well when we voiced our concerns and our needs, he was there to make them happen. Moving into a new Pulte home has been very easy for us. The price was right and the new home fits our needs perfectly.

Eddie did a fantastic job of keeping me informed throughout the building process. The workers all did a good job with their workmanship. At the home inspection, very little was found, especially when compared to other people I know who were building a new home, so it was a quality job done.

We have had a great experience with Pulte Homes!! During the building process, any minor issues were caught by our Construction Managers, Blake and Anthony before we even noticed. Their teams did a great job during each stage of the construction process. It was an exciting process for us. It was a big move for us. Closing was easy and went smoothly. Our new home is AWESOME!! We love the neighborhood. We are very happy that we made the decision to build here with Pulte! Thank you Tom, Maureen, Blake and Anthony and the rest of the Pulte Team!

The Pulte Team of Danielle, Eddie, Dylan, and Jeanette have made this experience very smooth. Biting at Eagle Run was a great decision and the house is perfect, today!

Camille and I had a fantastic experience with Tim our construction manager. As with any project there will be some issues that could be overlooked. From beginning to the end and then some. Tim made sure that everything was completed to satisfaction. He made our build like it was his own. Updates was always communicated on a weekly bases. Thank you Tim in all you do. I believe if it wasn’t for the construction managers, Pulte would not be where they are at in the industry of building homes. WE were blessed to have Austin as our manager. He is a young man that is very mature. His practice is good communications, which I believe is the key to business. The results is no surprises and in our case a great house.

Our experience was successful enlarge part because of our Construction Manger Austin. This is our four house, and he is the best we have worked with and thanks to him everything has worked out and we are happy with the finial product.

There were minor issues here and there that needed attention, which is expected. But Ryan and his team were quickly responsive in every case. Highly recommend!
