The design center was great, they were very helpful and made it fun and easy. The building process itself couldn't have gone better. George was the best part of the process. He kept us up to date, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. Both the contractors did a great job with communications. Jeff did an excellent job with explaining us everything. He is easy to reach and communicate with. Quality is great overall. Noticed some minor cracks, but I am confident they can be looked at during the one year review.

Bought a new Pulte home 25 years ago. The home was a disaster. The front porch pulled away from the house; the quality was terrible, the builders attitude was: if the customer doesn’t know about a problem, do nothing.to fix it. There were no walk-throughs, or customer updates. Pulte today is not the same. It has vastly improved. The quality of the product is excellent; the communication with us was great; the salesperson Charlene was helpful and responsive, the Construction Manager Jeremy was awesome - every concern we expressed was promptly and professionally addressed. The Sales and construction teams who gave us our new home were the best yet (this is our fifth Pulte home)!

Diane was our sales representative, and from the start, she helped us envision what we wanted in our house. She wasn't pushy, she was very nice. So, between Diane and Ray, we have a lovely home. Don't be afraid to ask questions if they don't know the answer, they will find out from someone.

From the beginning our sales rep Ashlea was fantastic at sharing information, going over the information needed to help us with our home. Jeff B was amazing general manager for the project. He kept us informed throughout the process.

We love our Pulte home. We built with Pulte 9 years ago in Newell Creek. We chose to downsize to a ranch with up bonus area that is being used as an in-law suite. Their layouts are amazing- they utilize all the space for creative layouts. Our salesman Steve was great as well as our Project Manager Nick. We enjoyed working with our team. Kept in the loop the whole process

The building process was easy to follow and we were kept well informed of the process by our construction manager. We had access to observe the build anytime we wanted to visit the site and were permitted to bring up our concerns to the CM. These concerns were always addressed promptly and fairly by the CM. Overall it made a usually stressful process very seamless and efficient.

We love Pulte Home, especially the Mercer floor plan! The master bedroom was incredible extra big area. The layout of each room and the set up was nice and big
