The salesman was very helpful and informative. The home had cement siding standard vs. vinyl. This spoke quality to us. The field manager is knowledgeable, has been accessible and cares.

My wife and I are first time homeowners. Understandably, we were very nervous about the purchase and the new construction process. Jose, Jason and Luke went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed every step of the way. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable with out decision. I would highly recommend engaging either or all of them in your own home purchase!

Our project manager and sales representatives were professional and very responsive. We got honest timeline expectations. After we moved in any problems we had were dealt with quickly and completed expertly.

From the day I put a down payment (my first home) to meeting Patrick during the construction to the day I met Robert for the warranty explanation, this team was amazing. Kristina walked me through all the steps patiently. Robert did a clear concise and was extremely helpful after closing. Patrick is the best. From putting my mind at ease and helping me understand all the construction steps to the closing inspection he more than made the experience worthwhile. Thank you to Pulte for having a team so in touch with the customer and receptive to responding to all questions.

Scott is a future leader that should be invested in. His professionalism, organized communication approach and willingness to roll up his sleeves. He had to do work himself 7 days a week because staffing wasn’t available. Shannon was super responsive and we are grateful for her never seeming annoyed by us. Couple recommendations/concerns: Vagueness on timeline was incredibly frustrating. Being told we would get penalized on a mortgage rate lock in if the same company was delayed was frustrating. Why not absorb the cost of lock fees if don’t finish the job as initially projected. Also, title day there was an error that would have cost us a lot if I didn’t catch it. Doesn’t seem like the different groups within Pulte talk to each other enough. One phone call between Shannon and Bridget and it was resolved. The shower handle still hasn’t been replaced yet - we closed 6 weeks ago. Also several of the drywall walls are bowed, moreover flat paint too cheap. We had it completely repainted eggshell and semi gloss in Kitchen and Baths - should be standard. ... Más

Good quality building materials and nice home design

Of the new home builders we compared, Pulte had the most flexible options to customize. Building during the pandemic caused supply chain issues for everyone, but we felt that Pulte worked hard to stay on schedule and make reasonable tradeoffs. They also managed their trade subcontractors well. The model office staff were absolutely amazing as a primary point of contact.

Our experience with Pulte has been wonderful. We started this process a little over a year ago and are so happy to be in our new home. Everyone - Cory Claiborne, Robert Rue, Ani Rue, and Chris Madren - were absolutely incredible through this process. Everyone communicated thoroughly with us at each step and celebrated with us when we finally were able to be home. We can’t thank all the individuals enough. Thank you for helping us find our perfect home!!

With the on going "supply chain" issues, every one did their best to keep things moving with the build. Our project manager kept us informed on a regular schedule.

I had an amazing experience with Pulte. Despite expected Pandemic issues, the Pulte product and its people rose to the occasion! Every facet was great from the sales person, design consultant, the construction manager and the warranty contact, we had an amazing experience. The professional and the personableness is what stood out the most! Nice job Pulte!
