Everyone at Pulte made this process as stress free as possible. In this very competitive market, my home purchase at Talavera Pulte definitely is the right one for me. They were bumps as expected but we ended up closing within the time frame communicated. For those looking, try to buy from Pulte.

We had a great experience building with Pulte. Everyone we worked with was patient to answer our questions as first time home buyers and first time building a home. We appreciated the communication and making this process easy and transparent in what to expect. I would absolutely recommend Pulte to friends and family and anyone interested in building with an excellent team!

This is the first home that I have ever purchased, but I love the design of the Pulte townhomes. Pulte provides an abundance of products for customers to choose from when purchasing a home. Any homeowner should be able to design a beautiful home to meet their needs and their budget.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. She is still i contact to ensure all is continuing to be the best home experience ever. The loan department made this one of my all time easiest loans to obtain. The team was in constant contact, ensuring everything remained on schedule to close on time. The construction managers, Ben and Aidan, have been fabulous as well. Aidan has assisted to resolve a couple minor issues and provide expert guidance with my questions. The sales manager Donna was very helpful to get us started, the field manager Brad was very helpful throughout the building process, the finance team worked well with the closing team to successfully close the property. We were so excited when our realtor brought us to this community. The sales person who walked us through the house was so down to earth, although he knew so much about the build and the community, he didn't behave like a know it all. He spoke to us like we were old friends, he is the reason my husband said yes to the build. Sales person along with our realtor were very responsive to emails and text messages. The sales person and builder called with updates and seemed to be as excited as we were. I actually miss the chats and updates. This builder includes a lot of items in the price, we thought motorized garage door would be standard, but apparently it is not, Pulte gives you that a long with double paned windows and upgraded vapor barrier, front and back grass, flowers and irrigation and wood fence to keep our boys from running off. Every step of the process was easy and streamlined. Customization options were pretty good, and any time I had an issue with something, it was already being addressed.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. This is our first home we purchase that we got to see being built from beginning to end. The experience was amazing. The field manager explained each step and made sure we understood everything. All questions and concerns were answered and resolved in a timely matter. After closing we had minor repairs which are being resolved as I write this. Thank you Pulte for this amazing adventure in seeing the process of building our Retirement Home.

We have owned 8 homes. This Pulte home is the best. The workmanship is excellent, including the countertops, tile, trim, wood flooring, drywall. The design also is excellent - great cabinet space, excellent closet space, lots of recessed lighting, area for storage in garage, large open living area.

Overall I had a great experience with Pulte. The team did a great job to ensure I was informed throughout the build process, took time to ensure I understood how my home worked and were honest with how things were coming along with the home. They were quick to answer, address and fix any concerns I had with the home as we went through inspections which was a huge plus and ensured I was satisfied with the home.
