Excellent experience! Professional sale Tracey who is very responsive even when she moved to a different community. She still answer my questions during her vacations! Project manager Greg is super helpful and professional too. He has been very patience with all my questions and taking care of all the issues we brought up. His work is beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend Pulte to my friends.

Highly recommend getting your new home from Pulte. This is my first time purchasing a home and my experience was great. Having a new construction home is nice because you get to witness your house becoming a home. Pulte was amazing and I would work with them in the future if I was looking to buy a home.

Great floorplans, quality materials, pleasant people to work with.

The Sales staff was excellent as was the building superintendent. We never saw the house from buying until after closing. We did a video walk through. We very pleased with the house.

It was a great experience going through the process. They were helpful if I had questions they would answer my question.

Alex our project manager was so on top of things, sent weekly updates, pictures kept us apprised of everything. Every little thing that needed attention they were right on it. So very pleased.

Best floor plan we saw out of all the different developments we visited. Not as many choices for changes, but the changes we needed & wanted were available. All the processes went smoothly. Having Ryan as our field agent made everything run smoothly. He found the mistakes & had them corrected. He oversaw all of the sub-contractors work. We love our new home.

We searched for over a year for the perfect home, great floor plans, value and location. Pulte has provided us a great "All in One" experience from start to finish. A great product and a reliable company. A+

I had a great experience purchasing my new home. Ben in the office, and Jack, my builder were amazing. They kept in constant communication with me about my new build. Even with all of the supply problems that COVID brought, Jack was able to get my home completed right on time and with impeccable work. This was my first home purchase. My superintendent, Walter, is the best. He was there every step of the way during the process. He explained everything perfectly, and any minor issues that arose because of the bad storm, etc Walter was immediately available to help and get it resolved. He is the best.

I was impressed about their process. There process was very organized from the time the initial contract was signed. As soon as I gave the down payment, I was contacted by their mortgage company and the loan application was initiated. They were great in updating me, they informed me when they started building the house and the progress the whole time. Closing was also easy. We were satisfied of the quality of the house when we moved in.

We enjoyed the experience of buying our first Pulte home and liked the option to pick our selection choices.

Our experience with Pulte Homes was excellent from the first moment we stepped into a model home. This is our third home build in 17 years and first with Pulte Homes. It could not have gone any better than it did. Our sales consultant Tiffany was very informative and upfront about all the challenges building in today's market. She was very responsive to questions and at no point were we pressured into any decisions. Once construction began, our PI Manager Josh was very professional and kept us informed of every step along the way. I was particulary impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the contractors who built the home. It was small things that they went out of their way to do with some Non-Standard Options showed that they took pride in the work. Josh was very welcoming of our input and requests during the construcation phase which was a first for us. The mortgage application process, while being what it is, went smoothly and both Donna our Loan Processor and Kathy our Loan Consultant were very courteous and responsive to our questions. They processed requested documents very quickly and there was no duplication of efforts or missed documents. I would recommend building with Pulte Homes to anyone based upon our experience. ... Más
