Building with Pulte was a very easy process. While building during a pandemic, of course there were some unforeseen issues in getting materials, but the entire team did a fantastic job in communicating to me weekly where we stood on the new home. We have only been in the new home a few weeks, but it’s great that the team still responds and helps with any questions or problems we have.

Construction time went slightly faster than we expected and Pulte mortgage and Title company seamlessly processed our loan so we could close on schedule. We love our new home by Pulte and the community it was built in!
