All in all great experience

It was very easy to work with sales man and he helped me lot with price information. Pulte finished construction on time. I'm very happy with build process and overall quality.

We are so happy with our new home! The entire process was easy and worry-free.

We are extremely happy with our new purchase of our house in the Retreat at Lake Brantley. The home itself is extremely well built and very energy efficient. The fit and finish is also extremely good and any issues that have come up have been quickly addressed by Pulte through Jason, he is really on top of things. We have lived in our new home for almost two months and now feel like it is our home. The private lake access is icing on the cake and we enjoy paddle boarding and taking the jet ski out.

The process of building with Pulte was nice and easy.

Buying a house in the middle of the pandemic was made easier by the Pulte Team. The onsite sales staff at Greyhawk, the folks at Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Insurance helped throughout the process to keep things normalized. We were not in FL for the closing (back in IL) and arrived at our new home 3 weeks after the 8 April close. Once again the services team has been responsive to our questions, and some of the normal cosmetic items that had to be addressed. Thanks to all...we are happy with our choice of a Pulte Home

We picked up a really nice home from Pulte. I’m picky, so there are things that could be better. That said, I’m massively impressed. Our last home was built by KB Homes. Hands down, Pulte built a better product and treated us better than KB ever did.
