Overall experience was good, but felt very rushed. The process of choosing the exact house plan before knowing what additional expense the design choices would be was not optimal. After seeing what the total cost would be, we wanted to change our plan to add the loft and bedroom, but was told that would not be possible, all though the lot had not even been cleared. I was disappointed with the limited choices at the design center. I was very impressed with the model homes, only to find out most of the materials were not even available to be installed in my home. Also, some things like closet door configurations and shower door configurations were changed from what was represented on the house plans. Our construction manager did a very good job. Great construction quality, very responsible

Josh at the Pulte sales office in Asante was great. He never pressured us, but just kept giving us information every time we requested it, until we made our final home selection. The sales team made everything flow seamlessly. We were able to do everything electronically since we lived out-of-state.

The entire Pulte team was top notch…very knowledgeable, accessible and professional. They built and delivered a stunningly beautiful home. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Eddie did a fantastic job of keeping me informed throughout the building process. The workers all did a good job with their workmanship. At the home inspection, very little was found, especially when compared to other people I know who were building a new home, so it was a quality job done.

The financing process went smooth and have to give Bryan at Harvest community 10 stars. He really has gone above and beyond to address any concerns and questions that we have had as well as helped both my husband and I feel welcome.

We waited years to find the perfect house for us. This home has the ideal layout we like and came with a lot of thoughtful features. I think it’s a great value for the money. So far it’s best esthetically pleasing and comfortable

We loved everything about the process of building with Pulte. From our very first meeting the experience was a delight. We were kept well-informed throughout and our questions were always answered promptly.

Harrison, Taylor, and Kimberly went over and above to make our home buying experience smooth and a joy, and they continue to provide assistance, recommendations, and help us any way they can since we've moved in!! We are thrilled to know this team is in charge of building my new neighborhood for my forever home!!!!

After looking at SO many other homes, I walked into a Pulte model home and laughed out loud, saying to myself, “This is it.” I’ve been very happy with the quality and workmanship of my home. Because of supply and labor issues, a lot of small builders can’t deliver in today’s market. With Pulte you can trust that you’re going to get a great home for the price expected.

Happy with purchase of the house

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Pulte so far in our home buying journey. Everyone has been so responsive and helpful, especially as we are moving in from out of state and so many things are different here.

We would do the whole process over again. It was so easy and everything was very organized and professional from start to finish.

From the beginning our sales rep Ashlea was fantastic at sharing information, going over the information needed to help us with our home. Jeff B was amazing general manager for the project. He kept us informed throughout the process.

Everyone from my contractors to my sales team to my mortgage representative were professional, open and informative. Looking back, I do wish I had more house and cabinet color options. House colors were not shown pictured on the house itself, so it was difficult to envision. But overall, I'm happy with the home, and being part of such a great community. Many thanks to all who made this positive experience a reality!

The whole process was excellent. From start to finish the process was smooth, and easy to go from step-to-step. The communication from the construction workers to you, updating you on your new home was amazing. They really see it through and go over everything with you during the process.
