This house has everything I wanted, from the layout to a driveway that is pretty level. And when you have a parent that is in a wheelchair it makes a huge difference!!! All the little ammeties make it the right place for my forever and last home!!! From the sales peopled to the closing people everyone treated me like a VIP!!! We love our Pulte home. We built with Pulte 9 years ago in Newell Creek. We chose to downsize to a ranch with up bonus area that is being used as an in-law suite. Their layouts are amazing- they utilize all the space for creative layouts. Our salesman Steve was great as well as our Project Manager Nick. We enjoyed working with our team. All my upgrades were better than expected with so many features in the home standard, the few upgrades enhanced the home's value making it comparable to much higher priced homes.

Our sales guy, Steven was awesome, as was our design consultant, Laura. After move in, our punch list is very short. Pulte homes are fantastic.
