Fist time purchasing a new build. Experience was great. Love the service and communication.

Our builder did an excellent job in making our new home befitting, the only issue I have is they didn't use the right brick that we picked and the sales rep didn't upgrade our door handle as discussed with the builder, but overall,I had a good experience.

Fixing problems does not happen quickly.

Extremely cordial service, there was regular follow-ups on the progress and keeping me abreast of the potential risks

This was our first new construction and overall, it went very smoothly. Our construction manager, Sarah, and quality manager, Angel, were great -- very responsive and highly professional in caring for our home every step of the way. Wish we'd had the opportunity to create a little more customization in the build, however; ended up doing some thing that would have been a lot more efficient and inexpensive had we been able to choose them in the design phase, Quality of materials is good. Biggest complaint is the landscaping -- scruffy plantings and pine straw for ground cover look horribly cheap and hardly a good compliment to the overall home. Planning to tear it out as soon as the HOA will allow. Would have been better to give us an allowance or closing credit and choose our own plantings. ... Más

Been in home approx 1 month and week. I didn't notice this on the walk thru, but there are some areas now where I can see the tape in the ceiling and even some small cracks.

Overall it was a great experience during the entire process.

My over all buying experience was great, my sales person Yvo was my go to guy and he was always professional, timely and helped me with any info

People say don't buy a new home in todays' market. Buy old if anything and renovate...new homes today are more expensive than ever before, and they are not built with the same quality, materials, workmanship, and integrity that they were years ago. I am here to say, while all of that holds a fractional amount of truth, Pulte really did their best in trying to uphold those values. We are happy with our final product - our new home. Today they incorporate more energy efficient and "green" aspects into building and for that we are thankful. I think certain aspects in new homes today are built even better then yesteryear. The main thing I want to say here is that many people worked their tails off in building our new home and above anything we appreciate those people. It was my first experience with Pulte. I would highly recommend it, and if I ever looked to buy another home, I would definitely look into a polo. Thank you for my wonderful new retirement home.

Exceptional quality of home building. I fully trust Pulte. The construction manager Eric was awesome. He resolved each and every small problem I reported.

Tom and Haley made the experience of building a new Home exciting . I took this adventure on by myself, which is some cases companies would take advantage of that situation. However, Pulte treated me with respect and walked me through each step. When I could not get to the house while it was under construction, Haley and Tom took the time to send me pictures and updates. I feel they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pulte homes and their team!

The process from start to finish was smooth, well managed and on schedule. The people who helped make our home a reality were professional, kind and genuinely vested in delivering our family a great home!

We looked at another builder first. However our customer experience with that builder wasn’t good. We heard good things about Pulte which is what made us turn to Pulte. Pulte didn’t disappoint. The buying experience was quick and easy. Each step in the buying process was guided by a group of professionals that were so helpful and responsive to any question we had. They seemed happy to do business with us. The quality of service was exceptional and we got a lovely home.

As a first time house buyer I am satisfied with the experience. There were a few hiccups but we were able to resolve them with Mike from Sales. The building process was informative and Scott, my construction manager, did a great job. Overall I'm a happy costumer and would recommend Pulte to my friends and family.

The construction manager would say he was going to do something, but then would never follow up. The next in line manager was very helpful, very responsive. Still some issues with window and lanai sliding door after closing 2 months ago. Should be resolved this month although very unhappy with the way they left the garage floor. Paint, stains …total mess doesn’t look like new construction.

Our sales consultant Rob was great, always available to answer any questions we had while our home was being built. We received weekly updates from our construction manager Michael, which were very helpful because we were not local. Only area for improvement would be the response to issues.

The process of buying the home went very well from purchasing it to moving in. There was a good handoff as from one phase to another. And before the final move-in we were clearly instructed about the house and its care and maintenance. The house was constructed and ready within the time quoted timeframe. We have moved a lot and this is our 6th new home so I am aware of the issues that can occur even in a new build. So far the main issue I have is with the wall paint and the wood trim. The walls smudge when you barely touch them. They clean up fairly easily but you are constantly having to do so. It’s annoying. Same goes for the wood trim. Since I have only been in the house less than 6 months it’s hard to give the most accurate review. We have had a few issues and they have been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. At this point in time I would buy another home from Pulte and recommend it to others. ... Más

overall, we are very satisfied. There are some minor cosmetic issues to correct, but that is usual. Overall, it is good so far.

Had a great experience working with the team at Pulte Homes. Our construction manager, Jerry, was the BEST! We lived over 1,000 miles from our building site so were not able to check on things as frequently as we would have liked, but Jerry was very conscientious and made sure that everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Jose, Jerry's assistant, has been wonderful to work with also - quick to respond to questions and needs, always has a smile and trustworthy. The reason for only 4 stars in Trustworthiness was due to our original sales agent who is no longer with the company. Courtney, who took over that responsibility for us, was also wonderful to work with and communicated with us on a regular basis. ... Más

We very much appreciated the time he spent with us going over the entire home buying process. Adam took the time to educate us on what to expect during the construction phases and the methods employed by Pulte. The overall experience was positive and Adam did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. We would welcome working with Adam again and recommend him and Pulte to our friends and family. He has been responsive and has returned all our phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. He is professional and is a very nice individual. We consider him a friend to us and our family now

Solid builder, took the care to close out outstanding items.

Overall it was good. Some faulty wiring in the garage had to be corrected (May 9, 2024). Internet went to down on May 7 as the main wiring 3 houses down had to be fixed to bring back internet up. So a day lost. Unit 301. Overall team is good and they work on it right away. I still want to know what the fixed on main panel and why. The second (small bathroom) upstairs did not have toilet paper rack and will take 2 more week to arrive. I think builder completely missed it. The lawn guy was taking a nap/lying down in front of our house on May 8 outside my house and even left an empty can of soda. Overall good team from sales to support. Kudos. ... Más

Good customer service helped throughout the whole process. Buying a home was easy.
