From sales to move in, the process was easy to navigate. I appreciate all the assistance and responsiveness from the sales team, title and walk through. All thorough and easy to understand. It has made the overall purchase process easier than most. And responsiveness better than most builders we've purchased from the past.

No major issues and minor were handled as requested

Overall it was great experience. Everyone in Pulte from sales , construction manager, mortgage etc was very helpful. However I could see some minor issues in new built and customer service is also slow to respond.

It was a very detailed briefing on every item in the home. The person displayed in depth knowledge and pride in the home that the company built. He identified items that need to fixed or replaced after closing. The team was very enjoyable to work with through the entire process.

We love our new home. Only minor issues and most are resolved. The post closing issues are being handled rather quickly. Biggest complaint was not being able to get minor changes. We wanted a couple extra outlets in cleaning closet and storage closet. Not happening! Wanted to hang our Dyson vacuum inside the cleaning closet out of the cold garage. That was mission impossible. I use the under stairs closet for my crafting supplies. Wanted a second light or an outlet for a lamp there (saw it in a model). Again mission impossible. But, overall we love our forever home.

We have built 6 homes. This one was the least amount of stress and our site manager Cody was great. He was very attentive and responsive. I was extremely pleased with the process. I was however disappointed with some of the quality of items we got in our pretty expensive home. Powder room sink, appliances, carpet. All sub par to what they should have been.

We had an excellent experience due to our Realtor, Angela, and the Construction Manager, Jack. We purchased a home, which was a new build. We did this from 2100 miles away, and meeting with Jack, in person, once. He could not have been more helpful. He responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. He was always available to take our calls. He worked late with us on the day we arrived, to do our final walk through, so we could close the next day. He made sure everything was as it should be. Carl; The finish quality of our Pulte home is above average. In addition the custom home Project Manager Lester Corzo is nothing but outstanding. My wife and I have had 4 homes built the Pulte home overall product says it all. If I ever decide to build another home Pulte would be our choice. I will recommend Pulte to anyone who asks.

I can't say enough good things about the sales and building experience. It was seamless from beginning to end and I can't recommend them enough!

From start to close the home buying experience was hassle free. Up to the negotiating process to the receiving of the keys Mary at Tolvana made the experience effortless. Pulte made the buying process very easy..

My wife and I made the decision to build with Pulte while being 1000 miles away in PA. EVERY step of the process was easy and the onsite staff during our build experience was exceptional. From Katie our project Manager to the finance group made this decision one we will NEVER regret. I could only have wished that past experiences with home purchasing could have been this easy....

Big shoutout to Laurel and Derrick with the Hayford Collection Team. Worked through several issues that we had while our previous home was pending escrow.

Follow up on issues could be better. They provide a date when contractors should return to fix things but they show up at different dates / times.

Overall experience was good, However, there were some issues that I feel need to be addressed. When the slab for our home was laid, the back porch was approximately 6' short, I had to point out this issue, it was not brought to my attention. When sheetrock was installed, there was a noticeable bulge on the kitchen island, again we had to bring to the builders attention, also, the counter top on the island was crocked, again all these items were corrected, but they never should have occurred in the first place. We even had to point out a decorative feature on the front of the house was left off. As far as timing. We were initially told one date, then another, and another, this was probably the most frustrating part. I understand that delays can occur, but we had way too many to be a coincidence. ... Más

Love our new home. Main issue is the 9 foot sliding door. It is very heavy and is still not adjusted correctly. Wish they could replace it with better product. For price of home it should be easier to open and close. Building manager Tom has been very responsive to our issues.

Pulte has a great reputation and builds beautiful homes. Some cosmetic items were shabby which does not seem consistent with the brand. Examples are, crooked outlets and AC vents, uneven ceilings, paint over spray, caulk and paint splatter on floors, crooked toilets. With that said the home is solid with good bones. The warranty follow-up is EXCELLENT! They stand by their product.

Pulte is a great company and want to build a great house. The only thing is they should let you make changes to customize your home. Nothing major to change just small ones are not allowed and for the price paid small customization should be allowed with no issues as apposed to spending a fortune to make the changes after build is complete
