Everything was good up until our walk through. Tyler our CM deceived us and withheld information on our AC unit. For the first month of owning our new home we were without AC (family of 6) for 2 weeks out of 4 weeks. Had 5 total technicians come and give different reasons for not working. The sod was dead and has yet to be replaced, we had no ethernet outlets that we paid for and are still dealing with that issue. No screens on any of the windows, and multiple electrical issues. Since the new Customer Care Manager came on board, he has been amazing in trying to fix the issues we have. Be cautious and ensure all work is complete to your standards. Expected a little higher quality of house and build. The buying process was smooth.

Everyone I worked with at Pulte has been great. Very personable, very professional, very knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the materials used, however, is a bit below expectations. When one pays almost a million for a house one expects a higher level of quality.

I love my home, everyone was very nice and professional, my only issue is I have been in my home for almost two months and some things that were suppose to be done has not gotten done yet.

Have been in the house a month and a half and still have outstanding issues that i been trying to get resolved

Home buying experience was great. However, I do have a few issues with the workmanship in my condo, for instance the master bathroom countertop is not mounted to the counter. But overall happy.

There are several quality issues with parts of our home which we are told stems from the shortage of quality contractors that are available for Pulte to hire to build their homes. The concrete slab is very wavy and bumpy and impacted the look of the vinyl flooring we chose, so much that we had to pay to upgrade to the LVT flooring; walls are wavy and curvy and could only be corrected somewhat; already have cracks in concrete garage floor and back patio (we only took ownership in April 2022); there are other less major issues as well. Overall, Pulte has attempted to correct to our satisfaction all issues we’ve reported- and they’ve been responsive- but we feel like they should have ensured that we received the same high quality and high standards that they advertise given that we paid the price for the advertised higher standards. ... My sales consultant Joe was outstanding! He made the process seamless. PGP Title was the best. Timelines were met and moving in was easy. Builders team was good and promised to be there if needed but they did not seem to care after to handle important unfinished issues. Pulte warranty, to date, have been poor handling service requests. Very disappointing after such a great home buying process.

Would like to have better responsiveness to issues

The beginning process went really smooth. Like our contact Morgan a lot she helped us get through a lot of the planning stages and exactly what type of home we wanted and needed. Our closing went really well also we still have a few outstanding issues and waiting for weather to break to resolve them.

With Pulte home, our first experience was really great. Alejandro and Spencer were in a great communication regarding updates, closing perps and the like. However the experience I had with loan department was not satisfactory at all as I mentioned in my previous survey. Following that, some of the commitments I expected to be fulfilled have not be done accordingly which is turning our great experience into not so good. For instance, on our way to closing location, we expressed our dissatisfaction for the fact that the house didn’t have the combo oven that was supposed to be completed before we close. Spencer called us on our way to closing and assured us that the combo oven will be installed in 4 weeks from now and told us that he got confirmation from his supervisor that we will get it. We took his word and sign the closing documents. Today it’s our 7 weeks since we closed the house and we didn’t have a combo oven. We understand the supply issue that everyone is going through, but our expectations have not been met and the commitment has not been fulfilled. We are also noticing lack of follow through on the maintenance personnel who are coming to fix some issues we have. We believe Pulte could do better on making sure the people who are working with Pulte are being held in a high standard and accountability. ... Más

This was our first time home buying experience and Pulte was very responsive and good at explaining the building process. Sales rep and field manager were excellent. However, workmanship from the contractors used was ehhh. Visited the house as it was being built everyday to make sure nothing was missing, installed incorrectly, or broken.

Jeff has been a great guy to work with and really seems to care about the home owners. I hope that you give Jeff a secretary someday to help him be in mulitiple places at one time.

It is very challenging to get a hold of our customer care contact person. She only replies to issues after multiple reminders and never follow ups or provide any status.

Overall home is very nice and well constructed. However the warranty repair process is very slow and not very efficient.

The construction manager and salesperson were very professional and worked with us.

Lots of issues in my new home, lots of promises to rectify those issues went unfinished even after more than one attempt to fix. If they didn’t cut corners the first or second time, they wouldn’t have to come back out for a third (or more) time. They’re slapping together these townhomes at a phenomenal speed, but it shows in the finish. Everything is solid and well built, but the details are shoddy. While I wouldn’t change where I bought, I would definitely have stuck my neck out more at closing if I knew I’d still have 90% of my punch list outstanding 2 months after closing.

Everything went well from dealing with out sales manager and later setting things up through our building manager. Everyone was super informative on what to expect throughout the process. However when it came to giving us detailed information on when our house would possibly close even after the windows came in we got very little information. We had to keep asking and it affected our living situation at the time. We almost got kicked out of our apartment with a newborn because of the lack of communication from the building manager. As the house was finished, they left paint everywhere on the floors, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware. There was some drywall work that didn't get addressed until 3 weeks after moving in. They also still haven't come to paint the patch that they corrected on the drywall. Our toilet roll holder in the guest bathroom downstairs is broken no fault of ours. It was due to how it was installed into the cabinet, it's loose. The quality of painting on the exterior of the home could have been much better especially around the trim areas and the home numbers. We also had a minor electrical outlet issue fixed and it was due to something coming loose behind the fridge. Thats most likely due to lackluster work in that area by the electrician. Easy buying process Pulte agents are great. Being in the construction business for over 30 years the quality is lacking for the value paid.

Still waiting on the punch list as well as promised refrigerator and range upgrades as yet not delivered. The overall home is a nice build with way above average materials. The impact windows are top shelf, as well as the tiles.

Before closing everyone was so eager to help in so many ways. After, it was rather difficult to get anyone to help until Dave came into the picture a month later. Things are starting to move now.

There were issues which were noted done during the demo and was promised to be fixed before certain date. However till date those issues are still issues and not yet fixed. No or zero communication/follow ups on those open items. Lack of responsibility in addressing the issues post closing.

This was my third home built within the Pulte Corporation. A very interesting process, since COVID was at its peak. However, this experience seemed more aggressive with certain aspects with the closing process. Just was not accustomed to certain lack of professionalism and communication. But in the end, I was satisfied.

Overall everything is very lovely, but there are finishing touches that were done sloppy!! We will be happier once things have been corrected!
