Honestly I just spent a month in the new home and all the stairway is cracking and I remembered I told the building manager about this during home walk. I hate the noise that came out of stairway whenever am going up and down the house.

Buying the house and the construction period was great. The people I worked with (Jake and Charlee) were very responsive and checked in after closing. The after purchase team is the opposite. The emergency line take messages and has a stated 3 day response time.

We are about to send in a punch list for outstanding items but quality of work is very poor as a lot off things were rushed

so far my life is consumed with service calls to fix issues. 1.electrical 2.shower hole in stall 3.non-working air ventilation 4.non-working stove vent and send hot air back into the house 5.dead plants 6.broken circuit breaker 7.gap/air in kitchen floor laminate 8.laundryroom floor shakes, not stable 9.many edges around home are not 'square' 10.A/C condenser water drain clogged 2 times 11.some house have retaining wall under the fence, we do not causing huge holes exposing to neighbors. I am sure there is more

not satisfied with responce or treatment with issues after closing. One issue being we are older and did nor understand who we contact with our problems. This should have been explained to us with some respect, which it was not. After buying a Pulti home in Florida and being completey satisfied we are disapointed with Pulte in Michigan.

Not very responsive, no service

Very slow almost non responsive in correcting issues after the closing. I’m not talking small things. They are very slow or non responsive to correct the issues. No matter how serious they may be. Yes I repeated my self. That’s how ignored I feel.

Overall Construction Quality is great. Quality of clean up of finish product is not good. The floor of my shower was stained with rust and heavy duty construction caulking that was not attended to and has been impossible to remove. Same kind of stain 6" x 2" on one of my wood flooring in a main area of my dining area. I was assured that it was no big deal and could be removed. I had electrical issues " tripping breakers" to my refrigerator that were repaired 10 days after moving in. I'm still having irrigation issues "leaking water and sink hole " that have been repaired once already still on going. Still waiting for other repair. I find myself keeping a spreadsheet for warranty repairs, chasing when repair people don’t show, and am now sending a weekly update on what is outstanding, not scheduled, etc. I already have a full time job and don’t really need more work honestly. Accountability or your partners is critical and accountability of Pulte to manage the repairs to be done. I should not have to chase these on a daily basis between my own conference calls for work. We are home everyday working and schedule our work around folks coming and the rate of showing up is 25% then I have to chase it myself.

The total quality of the workmanship and quality assurance were not up to standards. As soon as we moved in we started experiencing several problems. Another big problem is that we moved in to our brand new home almost two months ago, and until now, we still don’t have an oven/microwave combo. If you ask my personal opinion, this is unsatisfactory.

Workmanship was sub par for a superior home. Purchased a wooded lot and now the lots next to me were cleared and was unaware this would happen. Prior to buying, this was not the case

You have to fight to get things done after closing!!

Workmanship is very low quality !

Paid a premium price for average workmanship. Not very happy.

We were forced to closed on our house that was not finished. It’s been 30 days and, still the home looks like we live in a construction site. Pulte should be embarrassed to have home close with so many issues.

Not happy with the quality issues with plumbing and electrical. I feel for the price I paid I should enjoy my new house with no issues from the start.

Can't get answers on final finishes on my house like no one cares anymore since I already moved in

They kept in close contact and provided information about the progress of the home. Some issues that have occurred were not followed up on promptly. The paint on the front door is already faded and peeling. Service did not come out on the date stated and there has been no further communication. The windows are difficult to close. The hot water was not hooked up to the master bedroom tub.

The sales rep was 100% helpful and had great insight on all the details about the house. There was several missed steps that's still not addressed until today November 3rd 2021. We still need our drywall fixed in the basement due to the fact that the shut off vile was drywalled in. And the plumbing guys cut an opening atop of the ceiling that needs fixed. Also we're still waiting on the drywall guys to bring a piece of the part to cover the vent in the non finished part of the basement. We have doors that still needs sanded down and smooth out at the bottom of the doors. There's also doors splitting at the bottom of the doors along with our farm sink that's chipping. The customer service is very very slow in responding to issues that needs addressed. Several things still needs addressed. The quality of craftsmanship is poor. ... Más

Happy with my purchase, expect I’m still waiting for them to fix some details!!!

Home has been handed over but issues hasn’t been resolved

Home buying experience was great, it was after that was a nightmare. The upgrades we paid for were put in the wrong spot and are having difficulties getting them to fix their mess up. Electrical issues in the garage. Lights flickering while a single device is turned on and I’m being told that’s just how it is, because the lights run on the same circuit as the outlets. Sink plug broke after first use.

The builder is forced to employ subs that are not the quality that we experienced with our prior Pulte Homes. Pulte appears to be pushing its subs to get things done quicker rather than better. Pulte appears to rely on its post settlement process of repairing and/or replacing items or workmanship that should have been done right in the first place. The process simply stated is that you tell us what is wrong and we will check it out and get it corrected as soon as we can (which is not necessarily quickly). We would have to give much thought before we would purchase another Pulte Home.

Field Manager has a problem with keeping appointments he made for warranty maintenance. Defective blinds STILL have not been fully corrected, Exhaust fan in bathroom replaced-upstairs bathroom exhaust starting to go out. Bathtub faucet needs to be replaced,, going on 60 days and nothing. Finish/surface of concrete driveway and walk way is flawed. Brown stains & dark spots. Advised RDU Warranty was told it was not their problem.

Sales team here were excellent! He keep me updated on what’s going on with the built of my home! The workmanship on the house though. It’s terrible!!!!
