I feel the closing was rushed. I was told to fill out a document online. Come to find out the document was my actual closing. I wanted to sit down, and sign papers and ask questions. It was like i was deliberately misled. I did the closing on 12/21/21, I still haven't received my closing documents. I was told they would be sent to me

Project Manager was great! House is built incredibly well. Material used is of the highest quality. Only reason I did not give five stars is because of the money I spent during the design process on the low voltage cable. There is no cable service in the neighborhood so all TV must be streamed. There is absolutely no need for low voltage and was not made aware. Besides this detail the entire process was incredibly and would build with Pulte again.

My GC Craig was the best , he kept us on the loop. He took care of all of our worries. We had confidence in Craig and in Stewart in the office also.

From the sales person to the foreman was exceptional. The builders word was everything especially when the house is ready on time to move in. The floor plan for my model was exceptional, the design had the openness that we loved so much along with the master bedroom and bathroom . Location of the homes in Florence are the best love the space and the views of the mountains. From start to finish Pulte nailed it!

The construction manager is always immediately responsive to my needs. He always fixes my problems.

Everyone went above and beyond when we worked with Pulte Homes except for one department. I would love to give them 5 stars if I can separate them with Pulte Mortgage and just give Pulte Mortgage a 1 star but since this survey combines both I have to make it a 4 star. I would buy another house and recommend Pulte Homes to all my friends and families because of the quality of their work and responsiveness to any inquiries and concerns. BUT STAY AWAY FROM PULTE MORTGAGE. Their response time is so bad I almost did not go through the purchase of the house. They left me hanging with questions and are very hard to get a hold of. If you've purchased a house already and are familiar with the process then these guys might work for you, I am just talking about people that are buying for the first time. The sales rep (JILL) was amazing throughout the entire process. Our closing day was stressful, hectic, and confusing due to lack of communication - (Jill was out of town - I’m sure it would have been better otherwise). Stacy is GREAT and very responsive, helping with any issues with the house - breaker reset, squeaky faucet, etc. very happy and in love with our home.

This was good home buying experience

With COVID, we had some delays in the building process, but our experience with our salesperson, Michael, and our field manager, Oscar, were the best!! Our lack of one star on the rating was due to our negative experience with Pulte Mortgage only. Everything else from sales, to design meeting to build went great. We love our home!

Jimmy the construction supervisor was great to work with. Friendly and responsive to our issues. Marie was the mortgage office was not really helpful. She did not answer or return phone calls in a timely manner. She was asking for information that we had provided twice before on the day before we were supposed to close. That made for a very stressful day.

Beautifully build homes using high quality material

Pulte was phenomenal end to end. From our sales person, to the job site manager, to the community manager we were very impressed. Very easy and high touch customer service. The metro association HOA isn't so great though, it was harder scheduling our move in than buying the house. I will recommend Pulte, but will tell people to be wary of which HOA is used. Guest parking is also ran by the HOA and is super strict as well, it's hard to have friends visit. One star was removed due to HOA.

The walk through process was great!

Nick, the site manager has been outstanding through out the entire process. As a first time home buyer, he made it look so easy with his quick respones and attention to details.

We could not be happier with our overall result. We are thrilled everyday to be here. Our experience with the sales team, management and construction manager was great. Our almost 5 star rating was do to a very bumpy ride with the mortgage team. We did not receive our mortgage approval until the night before our actual closing, which was 8 months after our purchase contract signing.

Overall great experience, only issue was a little bit of difficulty getting in contact with the sales person but other than that the builder and foreman made up for it!

Mortgage experience could have been smoother

Very well made, solidly built. Is it the finest construction materials...not everywhere...but for the most part, yes. The lower grade stuff is the stuff you might replace right away for style...carpeting, range, refrigerator....those are the main things. As for doors, hardware, toilets....they are good quality and will last. The building is very nice on the outside, very happy with that. It doesn’t look like an “affordable” income restricted bldg. As such, I expect certain things not to be premium grade, of course. What I have is warranted, and things do seem like they will last. I will not replace for style...as I bought this because of my budget. All tolled...I am quite happy and would readily recommend Pulte. ... Más

Too many people to deal with. Should have a point person to coordinate. Also, were pretty responsive but did not like the immediate first response by the CM to an issue was essentially 'not our problem'. With no investiagtion., But they then came around to at least investigate.

It went well. Lizz was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service

This was a great experience overall. The quality of some materials is average.
