Our construction manager Brian made the entire process amazing! He is an asset to Pulte and I would choose Pulte because of him. He made the process smooth and he is genuine and caring. You can tell he enjoys what he does and he does it well.

This is our second home with Pulte. Jane, Joseph, and Savannah made the experience wonderful! Jane helped us choose between the various exterior design and brickwork types, and gave us honest feedback when helping us choose which options and packages would best suit our needs. Joseph was very thorough on explaining things when taking us on walkthroughs of the home, and was quick to address and fix defects we found while it was under construction. Savannah was very accommodating of our busy schedule, and offered example photos and design recommendations that we were very thankful for. This is our very first home, and my partner and I are beyond happy with how smooth and exciting the entire buying process was! Mary, our sales agent, walked us through multiple different model homes and made the search approachable. She was incredibly friendly, and helped us find the home and model that perfectly fit our needs. After we decided to buy, the construction manager Omar gave as an extremely detailed walkthrough of the home, and even showed us matching homes still under construction. He answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home was move-in ready (even labeling spots that needed paint touch up himself!). The home itself is beautiful, and was in flawless condition when we moved in. Overall, buying a Pulte home was a great experience. Whenever there was any issues, Todd walked us through them and was there when we needed him. He is a great asset to the company.

From the moment we met the Pulte team on property all throughout the loan process to the closing. The company was classy. We are pleased with everything and everyone we dealt with. Zach was fantastic showing us around the property and finding a home that we loved. Christina and Todd helped us every step of the way with the loan process. I can’t say enough about how great they were. Numerous emails sent back and forth to get all the details situated. We are grateful to have gone with Pulte!

The Estates at La Cuentista come highly recommended! From the super convenient and highly commutable location to the quality of the build and our amazing construction manager, Eric... We cannot say enough great things! As with any new Pulte build, you can customize from the ground up or you can fall upon a great deal with a move in ready spec-home. No matter which way you go, you will be amazed by the thought and workmanship put into the build. All Pulte homes in our community come with an open, spacious floor plan and living area to accommodate any size family as well as a great space for entertaining. Pulte uses quality materials and contractors as high end finishes and offers a superior warranty. I was skeptical about getting warranty work done after our close date but I am amazed with the simplicity and commitment they have in ensuring everything is perfect. Becky is our contact for warranty work and she is extremely prompt to respond to our concerns and always follows up to ensure open items are taken care of. Our kitchen has ample counter and cabinet space and the bathrooms are also nicely appointed with countless finish options. Two of my favorite standard features about are home are the high ceilings (total jaw-dropper) and the Taexx Pest Control lines. If you've never heard of Taexx but hate bugs inside the home, look it up and you will be impressed! And the topper of it all, La Cuentista is a gated community so it's super safe, quiet and impeccably clean! It is also close to a number of top rated public and private schools. Pulte Homes did a phenomenal job with this community! We absolutely love our new home and recommend you check out the models before you make a decision to purchase anywhere else in town! ... Más

They build on time and delivered a quality home as promised and nice to work with Pulte

Our overall home buying experience was great. The build quality is great, we purchased a town home that was built as a model home, so it had been completed for a bout a year before we moved in. It was reassuring that home had sat through a year’s worth of Western Washington weather and did not have any issues. We had a 3rd party home inspector inspect the house and there were no major issues found. The site construction manager Jeff, was very helpful through out the entire process. He met with us for our pre closing inspection walk through and explained all of the features of the home and the attention to detail that went into every phase of the building process. Jeff was quick to answer all of our questions and continued to check in with us after we closed and moved in to make sure there were not any other issues that were discovered. Our house was 100% complete and move in ready on our closing date. ... Más
