Too limiting on what we could do during construction. Choices were not all first class. We looked at the cost associated with several changes and decided to do that after we moved in. I wish we had been able to order appliances other than the signature brand (i.e.Wolf)

The overall process with the sales agent, construction manager and financing was very good. The fit and finish was average. We are very particular about fit and finish so we maybe overcritical but with the cost of the home we would expect a higher quality. We would still recommend Pulte.

Overall this experience was easier than the last. This build was smoother and communication was present. Project. Managers were great. Some of the workmanship had to be performed twice like driveway garage entrance and some framing. This part that can be greatly improved is the start. The sales person could of been more upfront with alot of things. Had to pry for info and options. Should not be this way.

We worked with Christina from Pulte on our home in Avalon Park. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in answering our questions and concerns making the purchase on our home smoothly and less stressful. Our home inspection went very well with Anderson who took care of every detail that needed attention. It was all completed in one day and he had the cleaning service come to clean our home so we walked in on closing day to a beautiful brand new clean home. Can t thank both of them enough!

Garage floor cement is not right

My garage floor, as I've learned, was poured quickly and worked just as quickly as it was drying too fast. The office staff that came out clearly had no idea about concrete other than what they learned in training class, but assured me it was normal for it to look as strange as it does. There are chips and small holes in it as well, but nobody followed up after they came out to placate me in person. The builder, Chris, is second to none in terms of responsiveness, knowledge and follow through to make sure there were no surprises. Highly recommend him. Also, Ete is very responsive and helpful way beyond the selling process. We are moving from a high end custom home so when I rate the workmanship and materials it is in comparison to a whole other level of construction. Pulte does an okay job and we are very happy as there are no surprises.

I recently purchased a quick-close home with Pulte. I can’t comment on the design process. The sales team was very responsive and helpful before and after the process. They allowed me access to the home to get windows measured for blinds prior to close. The construction manager walked me through the home and explained the ins and outs very well. When I moved in the shower leaked, the dishwasher leaked and the AC didn’t turn on. The warranty team was extremely responsive. The AC was fixed in a matter of hours and the leaks were fixed quickly as well. Overall, I worry about the resale value of ...

Pretty smooth process for buying. We bought another persons house who backed out so I can’t speak to the materials selection process. We had to move our closing date back a day because final inspections weren’t done, which was stressful coordinating a cross country move. Then we had a plumbing issue on night one with water coming out of a ceiling vent but they were there the next day to help fix it. We’ve been in the house just over two months and have noticed some issues with quality.

Overall I would rate Pulte a 4 ob scale of 5, due to lack of flexibility in some changes/additions. Quality was as expected and follow up has been good. Some minor is Pulte should have alerted the new owners, like no mail delivery after 60 days and “smart Home” with coordination between Guardian and Spectrum would have been appreciated. Communication on details.

Good Overall, but Lacking in Final Touches

I gave an overall 4-star rating and a 3-star for quality due to a few unresolved issues. During the walkthrough, the builders mentioned they would return to seal and buff the seam on the countertops in the owner's bathroom, which remains an eyesore—but that follow-up never occurred. Additionally, there are noticeable inconsistencies in the paint finish, with some door frames showing mismatched areas where gloss paint was used instead of semi-gloss, affecting the overall appearance. The buying process was great!

Had a rocky start to the home buying experience as builder kept pushing to buy lots that we were not interested in and spending a premium for those lots. Once we came to an agreement on the lot, the process with the builder Project Mgr. Nick was actually very pleasant. The design center was a little bit of a disappointment as some of the items we selected before our actual meeting were discontinued. I think all around house buying is a really stressful experience but Pulte does a good job of making sure that you’re comfortable throughout the whole process and they make sure you are in the loop with Every step.
