Good home. Construction team supportive and helpful. Limited options to personalize the build. PGP title company is pathetic. Shame on Pulte for trying to grab margin through their “affiliate”.

Our experience with Pulte Homes, from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was mostly positive. The home itself has met and even exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value. Pulte’s attention to detail in construction and design really shines through, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out once we settled in. The floor plans are thoughtfully laid out, and the materials used in the build are of good quality.

Our sales manager - Rachel and construction manager - Michael - made the process so much easier. They worked around the clock to help us get everything together and answer all our questions.

Our construction manager Chris was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! his attention to detail was unmatched and his responsiveness to any concerns was prompt and thorough.

The sales team has been great and the engineers and technicians have done a great work describing everything and helping me settle in. It is still too new to know how well things are but, overall, things seem solid. Certainly, the great service also comes with a relatively high price.

My home buying experience was both exciting and smooth. From the initial search to moving in, the process was well-managed. The quality of my new home is okay but my expectation was higher, hearing from many people about Pulte Homes. The Construction manager Josh was very professional and responsive, consistently delivered the promises. Overall, it is good experience, I'm happy with my new home and encourage future buyers to trust their instincts.

Our new home is wonderful! We have had some minor finishing issues that are being addressed, but these don’t reduce the quality and value of the home. One thing Pulte could do is to provide a single person with whom to work on all issues, sort of a “building process liaison” who could address everything with one call. Communication is not always their strong suit during the process.

Home quality is good but selling process can improve.

Overall after a sluggish start issues are being resolved and addressed.

Drew was very responsive to questions issue before and even after closing.

We’ve had a pretty good experience. All issues have been minor and resolved. I’m thankful we opted for a third party inspection as many issues were discovered at that time. All of them were addressed however.

My construction mgr., Julian B., was very attentive to my requests. I would recommend him and Pulte Homes to other buyers. The follow-up after the close was very much appreciated.

Little upsetting on the broken water pipe that should’ve been caught before I moved into the home. However the repairs were quick. The garage door doesn’t have a weather seal which I will have to submit a request on. Other than that, the home is great.

The overall build is good quality work. Some missed exterior workmanship, attention to detail.

Do not use Pulte Mortgage no matter what. This was the only very bad experience I had with this whole process. Other than that a professional organization, albeit a little mechanical.

Time limits were unrealistic due to the timeframes needed to process the loan. Many enails were unanswered.

Overall, working with Pulte was a good home-building experience.

So far the neighborhood is great. Steve in the office is awesome. Workmanship on home could be better if they just did things right the 1st time. Most issues we have had have been fixed in a timely manner

Title office was excellent. Project manager is exceptional.

I had concerns about changes to house design exterior after contract signed that I was not informed of. Also not sure of selection of HOA is a Pulte matter or not, but I have many concerns about the CC&Rs that do not seem flexible and should have been more fully explained at time of disclosure of those documents. As an example; I really liked the landscaping of the Parklane model and wanted that design which apparently is not within design approval set forth in the HOA documents. Perhaps some disclaimers should be disclosed to potential buyers before contract signed. Home completion timelines (took 12 months from contract signing to close) can be decreased and more time/meetings/process needed for design studio options. Overall, I had good experience working with the Sales, Home Construction and design studio designer. Average experience with Pulte Mortgage team.

The one complaint I have is the tile floors were NOT sealed. We didnt realize that until after we moved in. The build was good and the project manager is great to work with when needed. I am having a tough time with the floors so we decided to seal the floors ourselves, is what moving in all over again having to move all the furniture out and then back in once the sealer dried.

We were very pleased with the communication during the home building process! Moving from PA to SC was daunting enough, and the Pulte team helped to ease our worries! From video walk through to texts, calls and emails….we felt very taken care of and apart of the whole process!! We love our new home!

Our experience was overall very good. For the most part, the team was great to work with. Our site manager Brayden was fantastic! Samantha, our salesperson was also amazing. Brook our warranty/customer care manager is THE BEST!!! Our biggest issue came from dealing with PULTE mortgage. Our experience with them was a D- at best. With them waiting until the final weeks and days leading up to closing to request additional documents and finally close the loan the day before closing, they added a ton of undo stress to the overall experience.

Overpriced ,quality is moderate .
