Confidence in the builder and the quality

We have moved 4 times in 3 years and Pulte has been the best. We have had 2 bad experiences with two other home builders. Be careful of who you buy from!

Excelente construccion y atención

From the initial appointment to after closing, Pulte has shown that they care about the people buying and living in their homes. With thousands and thousands of individual pieces of construction materials coming together through dozens and dozens of workers and trades, issues are bound to happen with any home. Pulte has sought at every turn to keep us informed and make it right. We love our forever home. The Pulte homeowners on our street have the best construction and the least amount of problems.

Andra and Steven were so pleasant and kind to help walk me through getting my house built just the way I wanted it. If I had a question or needed anything from them they were back with me with in a very short time. I will totally tell anyone I know looking for a house to got to Pulte. I love my house and I did not have any problems at all. My house was built even before they time that I was told, which was just awesome.

Stephen was a kind a human, caring, and excellent at his job. We are truly lucky to have been paried up with him and with Pulte homes!

We recently completed a new build with Pulte, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the initial design phase to the final walk-through, the team exceeded our expectations in every way.

I can’t say enough positive things about my overall buying experience with Pulte from the Sales office, the loan team to the building management and construction. Everyone was professional, courteous, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. Things went smoother than I expected and my home is top tier. It’s all in the details, thoughtfully constructed and designed. It’s obvious the home is built with quality and care from the crown moulding and pictures in the hallway to all of the unit details. Everything feels spacious due to the 9’ ceiling to the master bath and massive walk in closet. I’m living in luxury at its finest on the top floor with a stunning view of the wooded pine trees. I feel like I’m in a floating treehouse. My home checks all of the boxes. I cannot imagine a more perfect home for me and I’m so thankful everyday for all of the amazing people that have helped me thru this process in ensuring my hopes and dreams into a new home is as wonderful as I had envision. Eric the sales rep was great. He took many calls from me even when he was off. Very trustworthy. Evoke told me was true. He honored all commitments. We could not be happier.

I recently purchased a new Pulte home at the Northbridge Community at Babcock Ranch. I have been here for 5 weeks and am very happy. The whole process from the purchase to the move in and the follow up has been excellent. I have dealt with responsive and professional people including Jim L and Alex C. I have no complaints or any reservations in recommending my community and the Pulte representatives I have dealt with.

Had an amazing experience with my new home build from Pulte. Sales agent Angela and construction manager Carlos always kept us up to date with the progress. The build quality is great and we're very happy with our new home.

The building team has been very responsive to my requests for handicap adaptations for my severe arthritis. I am very pleased with my unit and looking forward to spending many years of comfortable living here.

I went touring every builder in the community, but something kept driving me back to Pulte. It was their determination to give the best service use the best quality for building and giving the best incentives. Morten, was an amazing resource who did a great job showing the lot showing what the home could be and answering any questions I had overall it was a great experience, and I’ve recommended Pulte to countless people.

I was very satisfied with my overall buying experience; the process was smooth, and I felt informed throughout. The Project manager Chris Roberts was very effective he kept me updated providing timely updates. My home was completed within the expected timeframe, which was satisfactory. My experience was positive, and I would recommend Pulte Homes.

Great builder with honesty and transparency!!!

James, Dylan, and Leo are the best. They were/are always available to take my calls and to respond my emails. My house is very beautiful and has a strong foundation. Pulte Homes might be pricey, but they stand behind their names.

This is our second Pulte home purchase, and we could not be more pleased with the experience.

Overall experience was great. The reason why we went with Pulte, we fell in love with the floor plan. The entire process was pretty easy even though this was my wife’s and I first time purchasing a home. Don did an exceptional job explaining and holding our hand through the entire build process.

5 star experience in all aspects of purchase, build and move in. Very professional and highly motivated people.
