House and neighborhood is awesome - no complains with Pulte - but the HOA management called Charleston Management Company is just the WORST I have ever seen - arrogant, don’t work and don’t approve anything, dont respond and don’t resolve any request - my life is stuck because they just dont care - BEFORE BUYING - make sure its not Charleston Management otherwise DONT buy it ! There are options ! I will work with my neighbors to expel them from our community… find me on facebook if you need more details . Only. Good: 1. My home was built on time as promised, 2. The quality of construction was good, 3. The construction Manager and sales team responded promptly. Bad: 1. Limited knowledge of sales reps(Please check the documentation on what you are getting for what you are paying). 2. Worst experience with their Mortgage team(The work is slow as a Sloth and no accountability nor updates as promised). 3. They won't accommodate any changes after you sign the contract, even minor ones. Once you sign, everything mentioned in the contract is set in stone.

Not gonna lie we've heard a lot of good feedbacks about Pulte Homes that's why we decided to buy our 2nd home with Pulte. We chose a move-in ready. We fell in love the first time we check the house. The design and floor plan are very modern. However, we are kind of disappointed because we've been seeing issues in our house. We know there's no such thing as perfect home but we expect that Pulte is different from other builders and for a half a million dollar house it could have been close to perfect. To be fair their customer service is fast to take action every time we report issues.

LaShay was wonderful. Upon meeting her, she was very easy to talk to and explained everything. Tyler checked on us after we moved in and everything was good except for a few minor issues. I brought those issues up to him and they were scheduled for repair. Repair guys showed up on scheduled date and fixed issues. The longer we live here, the more "imperfections" we see in the small details. You can tell they rush through most of the build, but it's a decent new house.

Purchased in late May. Closed late June. All blue tape issues were resolved. House is well built and looks amazing.

Although there were some construction issues, as in most new homes, Pulte addressed them and corrected them promptly. The warranty team has also been proactive in promptly correcting any issues as well.

Overall it was a great experience. One glaring criticism: We were told by our construction manager that too many people “expect perfection”. Clever way to lower our expectations and then second guess ourselves when we saw something that wasn’t as it should be.

Had a few bumps along the way but we are very happy with the final product. The homes finishes are far better than the average builder. Lots of thoughtful products included so you don’t have to add them later.

I worked with Nichole for buying this home. Nichole was very cooperative and helped with all the required information and made the home-buying experience very smooth and comfortable. Builder Mike also was very cooperative and walked me through the entire house in multiple inspections. He possesed very good knowledge and helped answer all my questions and address any issues reported on time.

Very responsive to issues and requests. Takes the time to explain what is going on with the building process. Does his best to make things right.

I love the construction and process is very smooth

Overall we are pleased with our new home from Pulte, We still have some fairly minor unresolved issues but Pulte is working through them. It seems that labor shortages have caused some of the delays and that may be beyond their control. Pulte's comprehensive warranty does give us confidence that everything will be handled to our satisfaction.

I have purchased two houses with Pulte and they both faced the same issues: Project Managers are changed in the middle of the project. This creates a disconnect between builder and customer. There are issues that had to do with the qualify of the work that should have been in the first place: Walls not straight, corners with bumps, door frames not matching the height; this is like construction 101. I like to think that Pulte is like a Tesla: I like to have one but the quality department needs to improve.

Well it took a very long time to get here. The issues were many the half truths were often. We landed up with a home but not our home. It was told to us the sqeaky wheel get the oil well it got to the point we didn't even have wheels anymore. The home we have is beautiful but again it was not the home we designed.

Nick did an awesome job Making sure every thing was done in a timely fashion He also explained things about that we didn’t understand Niccole was a great salesperson We would highly recommend her to friends for a new home

Our CM, David, was amazing. He always contacted us or got back to us, addressed every small or big concern we had in every step of the build. He would not let us close unless we were happy with the results. A couple fibs on the sales team side, but wasnt a deal breaker.

The experience was great! The process seemed long but it was well worth it in the end. It felt like forever but on move on day, you will forget about forever. If you are building, just exercise patience during the process and understand that it will happen when it is supposed to happen. Now go ahead and take the risk, because I am telling you, you will not regret it.

I'm disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. I bought a new home because I did not want to go through the renovation process. The quality of the workmanship has required me to contact Pulte for repairs. The longer I live here the more I see. It disappoints me to have to do this.

Overall experience with the team was very pleasant. Updates and follow up with the buyer was prompt. Meeting deadlines and the hand off crew were amazing people. Overall happy with the buying experience with Pulte

I think pulte prioritizes their build to sell over people coming in to build from scratch but that’s my real only gripe . The team I worked with to build my house especially my project manager Dylan was absolutely amazing. He always was very attentive and responsive almost immediately. Even now a couple things ( nothing wild ) have popped up and he still has been involved . Highly recommend their building team . Worth every penny .

We purchased a spec home and we love it. There are certain things we were unaware of that we may have learned had we engaged prior to breaking ground. Fortunately, most we can live with. One thing I highly recommend is not to put the microwave above a gas stove. When cooking with gas the microwave is too hot to the touch to use. Steve was great. Very knowledgeable, kind, considerate, professional, available, timely. Working with Steve, I felt he was striving to give me the best quality build in a home you could get. I understand what he deals with on a regular basis and not one problem was insurmountable for him. Christine was the best. I felt she always went above and beyond with all of our needs. She kept us so well informed with phone calls and text messages whenever she had the information we asked for. She was responsive on her days off, which exceeded our expectations by far. I feel that she may have handled things for us that were not up to her to remediate. She is definitely who you want on your team for an extremely important job, such as building and investing so much into something that is everything to us such as our home. ... Más

Every step of the process was smooth until the closing process. Kyle the project manager was very helpful, prompt and friendly. I found the closing process a bit stressful as I was unaware that a date would be picked for the closing and then was absolutely non-negotiable. That caused a good deal of unnecessary stress. It ended up working out OK but not before a considerable amount of stress and worry.

The process was all easy and pretty straightforward. I would definitely recommend pulte to anyone

Overall experience was good. Quality of the house is good but the craftmanship is mediocre. There are things that would not be perfect and if you dont pay attention you would miss some of the important things that need to be fixed. Although they have good warranty.
