The home is beautiful and we love it. But really what impressed me most was the people - Rachel who guided us through the buying process and patiently answered our ten million questions, and Michael the construction manager who so carefully went over all the aspects and features and need to know info of our new house. Both responded so quickly to questions and concerns. It has been an amazing experience.

Good houses, with lines and details with top quality finishes, in addition to how spacious and well distributed the houses are.

James the construction manager is simply the best I ever had the pleasure to work with. Since the first walk, he has been extremely responsive to our every question and followed up on every request diligently. I strongly believe he alone made the whole purchasing process a fabulous one.

Andre has been our point of contact throughout the building process. Andre was thoughtful and caring through the entire process. We received multiple pictures through the build, with well summarized updates. This was so meaningful to us, as we were not local, and had to really maximize our time we when were in town. His updates helped us already have and understanding of the process. In addition, as we were in the final stages he was responsive and kind with all of our concerns. I have been a realtor for 20 years and has been buying home As an investor with different builders. Building a new home in Buda using Pulte Homes was the best experience. From the time that I signed the contract, my rep Kayla and the construction supervisor, Brandon consistently provided the updates weekly on construction progress. All my questions and requests have always been answered on the timely manner. I would definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone that I know!

We are very pleased with our home and the team that worked on it. One area we wish Pulte would have improved was the cracks/ seams that are visible on most of the cabinet doors in the kitchen. Some cracks are large others you can’t see and this variation makes the cabinets look poor quality. We spoke to our construction manager multiple times and it was always “there’s nothing we can do” so it just feels like we were provided cheap cabinet doors.

Buying a Pulte home was an all around good experience. Staff members we worked with were extremely helpful and professional.
