Lucky to have pretty good sales person Marcos and passionate construction Manager Pablo, helped me getting the dream realized. It’s my first home which took little time to built due to COVID, permit process delay and Supply & Chain issue but as soon permit approved Pulte put entire army to built it and also it’s amazing to see how well handled the Supply and Chain issue. Being in main city the community is well planned, decent size streets and manage to get backyard. houses are built for everyone need by having multiple floor plan. lot of material used is very high quality include granite countertops, utilities, and good brands appliances installed as default with options to upgrade. Overall was a good experience.

High quality home with good responsiveness to service tickets resolution post move-in. We especially love the lot and layout of our Ascend.

The process was very easy and effortless. There was no delays or hold ups on materials. They stayed on the time limit they said they would.

I was grateful I was able to come to the site and check in the progress of the house every week. The Sales Consultant was very communicative, which I appreciated. I did not experience too many delays due to supply chain issues, as I closed on the house during the closing window I was given when I signed the initial contract to build. A third party inspection before dry wall and before closing confirmed the quality of the construction.

While the home construction process was not without hiccups (not unexpected in times of pandemic/labour shortage/supply-chain issues), Pulte addressed our concerns to our complete satisfaction. We are happy with the final product.

Worked with a great job supervisor from Pulte. Was very communicative as we were going through the building process from another state. Had a lot of weekly pictures and phone calls during the building process.

The homebuying process was smooth but there were some pricing issues that could have been adjusted to ensure a happier customer in the negotiating process. The entire build process was very long (not the normal 6 to 8 months at all) Delays such as permitting, issues with shortages of supplies and staffing concerns due to Covid were a big part of hold up. Despite the long wait I am truly happy with the end result and I am totally in love with my home. Still some issues to be addressed and fixed but so far they are handing these issues very well by assigning a manager to deal with all the post build issues. The quality of certain things such as cabinets could be better especially for the cost of these homes. Every new home build is sure to come with it's issues but overall we are very satisfied with the end result. ... Más

Very happy with our first home.

The most important thing for us was that the house was ready when they originally said it would be because we were moving across the country. In that aspect, the house was ready when they said it would be ready - so 10/10. Beyond that, I feel like we got what we paid for. It was a spec home (nothing custom) so I would say we got average level attention to detail when it came to finishing the house.

Everyone was very nice to deal with.

Process was easy. They are production builders, so there are limited options. The models are beautiful but they represent most upgrades. If you want a home at that level of trim you will have to go with these upgrades. We did go with many upgrades. Ultimately our home appraised at 10k less than we paid for it which was a big disappointment. The subs didn’t clean up and the floors were dirty and muddy most of the time during construction. I paid extra to have the garage painted. The subs left clumps of sparkle all over the floor which I am scraping up now. Attention to detail was lacking. But I knew I wasn’t working with a custom builder. New construction managers came on board towards the end of construction and have been very responsive to issues in completing my home. I had issues with electrical issues when I moved in. I plugged in a lamp and the breaker tripped. There was a neutral wire grounded in a ceiling fan box. Also my air conditioning unit was not charged and didn’t work. Attention to detail with the subs was an issue. Stay involved during construction. ... Más

I really appreciated the time that Adam took to update us on the process and immediately respond to concerns we had. I am somewhat upset on the quality of granite that we received in the kitchen, but will contact our warranty agent.

The team helped with items even after closing

Pulte is a good company, definitely recommend this builder over some others. There are pros and cons to new builds so go in with an open mind. Pulte makes the process easy and effortless. If you decide to go with Pulte Mortage and Pulte Title it makes the process even easier. We are very happy with our home!

I had a great experience. I was kept in the loop through all phases of the building process.

We loved working with each person assigned to us from the salesperson, and the supervisor(s) along the way. Extremely helpful during the process. Being our first new build, we've been a bit underwhelmed by the final product - poor paint job & drywall installation, messiness in cabinet installation, etc. Perhaps this is the norm for large tract home communities, but to us, the work in many areas has been mediocre, thus the 3 stars for quality. It's been an interesting and educational process, to say the least!

We experienced some delays at the beginning of the process, but Pulte brought in an awesome manager to help close out the process and we immediately saw the pace pick up and the communication improve greatly. Overall we are really happy with our new home.
