The lot/backyard size is too small, not as showcased in the model home.

It was a stressful time to buy but pulte made the experience as efficient and hassle free as possible and we appreciate our new home.

The overall quality of the home seems really good. Long wait for home to be built. Finishing touches on home were not good. Home was not clean. Contacted customer service twice and it was a waste of time. Field Supervisor has been very helpful. Moved in to home in October and still have quite a few items that need to be complete, most of which are relatively minor.

The experience was great however, we did feel that the construction was rushed and the attention to detail was not there for what we believe it should have been.

The builder was willing to fix every wrong that was pointed out. The builder made sure to update us on the different phases of construction.

My husband and I are very pleased with our Pulte Home.

Building a home in the period of labor and material shortages can be challenging. Combined with almost a whole month of rain in May 2021. The builders, Josh and David are very accommodating in answering my questions. They did a good job and I am pleased with the finish out of the house.

Sales Counselor and Construction manager were really helpful whenever there is a question for us. Keep up the great work.

Courtney, Sales Rep and Tony, Project Manager were great to work with! They were on top of things and went over and above to get back to us quickly and took care of any issues right away. Pulte Mortgage on the other hand was awful. Delayed responses, held us up on answers had to scramble at last minute to find another lender and so therefore we didn't get our pool and now have to pay more money to have hole dug due to fences.

Excellent sales experience. Weak communications, responsiveness during construction. Closing was delayed three weeks. Lots of items in home still need to be fixed or completed with no repair dates given by Pulte. Pulte's title company was atrocious.

This was our first time building a house and we did encounter a few hiccups along the way. The team worked hard to make sure we are as satisfied as possible. However, there were things, predefined by the builder, such as internal home finishes and layout of appliances etc, that no one could change. Kitchen cabinets, flooring and tile options are outdated and limited, in our opinion, and even you pay for upgrades you are not getting what you want. I understand they need to build fast and availability of materials is scarce but honestly, some of the finishes are from the early 2000s. In addition, Pulte has multiple communities with a variety of included and not included options such as fireplaces, turf, whole house humidifier, etc. It is hard even for the employees to keep track what is included in certain communities, let alone the buyer. It would be nice to get a list of what is included as standard while you are building so it would be easier to check your selected options. We are yet to find out how long everything lasts. In buying our first home, my wife and I have a pretty good experience. Our Construction manager was there for us and answered all our questions, our salesperson helped us with decisions and has even gone beyond her duties even after we have moved in. The people who handled our financing and mortage were super friendly and helpful as well! Shoot, even though it was way after hours, one of them reached out towards me and helped my wife and I get a better rate. Overall it was pretty good, the only downfall was the timeliness and that when my wife and I were choosing some qualities of the home, that we could not physically see all that we wanted. For instance, had I known the standard size of the toilets, we would have opted for bigger ones. ... Más

The location is nice and it’s quiet with beautiful Mountain View’s.

Maybe built too fast, lots of problems found after closing. The maintenance department responded quickly.
