I always wanted a brand new home and loved the experience picking out everything that was my choice and not someone else’s

We had such a good experience with Pulte. Our foreman Chuck went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and didn’t settle for just “OK”. He continues to follow up and check in months after closing. We have really appreciated working with him!

The staff was amazing- our salesperson Peggy was terrific and made sure we were updated as process progressed. Mark the project manager was fantastic- he walked us thru building of house. Always available to answer questions and giving updates on progress. The PULTE TEAM made the purchase of our new home a truly enjoyable experience

The entire process was very smooth from initial purchase to final move-in. Our initial sales person Mike was very helpful every time we had a question at the beginning of the process. Our contractor Steve was honest and thorough and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The building process was easy to follow and we were kept well informed of the process by our construction manager. We had access to observe the build anytime we wanted to visit the site and were permitted to bring up our concerns to the CM. These concerns were always addressed promptly and fairly by the CM. Overall it made a usually stressful process very seamless and efficient.

I had an excellent experience with Pulte. Their sales, construction, and mortgage teams demonstrated excellent communication from the onset and throughout the build process. They hit their milestones and enabled us to close on schedule. Their build quality is great and the design elements are thoughtful. Their post-sale warranty experience has also been great so far. Jon and Rob are quick to respond and resolve any items that come up. I'd highly recommend their homes!

Travis and John were incredibly helpful throughout the entire building process. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I felt involved and confident. I appreciated being able to stop by and see the quality materials and workmanship at each stage. It’s reassuring to know my new home is built to last. Our construction manager Brian made the entire process amazing! He is an asset to Pulte and I would choose Pulte because of him. He made the process smooth and he is genuine and caring. You can tell he enjoys what he does and he does it well.

This is our second home with Pulte. Jane, Joseph, and Savannah made the experience wonderful! Jane helped us choose between the various exterior design and brickwork types, and gave us honest feedback when helping us choose which options and packages would best suit our needs. Joseph was very thorough on explaining things when taking us on walkthroughs of the home, and was quick to address and fix defects we found while it was under construction. Savannah was very accommodating of our busy schedule, and offered example photos and design recommendations that we were very thankful for. I am very happy with my purchase. The house is beautiful. Reggie was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly helping me setting the last details of the house. This is our very first home, and my partner and I are beyond happy with how smooth and exciting the entire buying process was! Mary, our sales agent, walked us through multiple different model homes and made the search approachable. She was incredibly friendly, and helped us find the home and model that perfectly fit our needs. After we decided to buy, the construction manager Omar gave as an extremely detailed walkthrough of the home, and even showed us matching homes still under construction. He answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home was move-in ready (even labeling spots that needed paint touch up himself!). The home itself is beautiful, and was in flawless condition when we moved in. This has been one of the smoothest and easiest home buying transaction I've ever done!

My experience with Pulte was easy, streamlined and simple. Everything was well put together. The Walk through was very informative. I enjoyed the simple, fast and easy closing process.
