As first-time home builders, my wife and I were both excited and a little nervous about the process, but working with Pulte Homes made the experience smooth and enjoyable. From the initial purchase through the architectural decisions, design center selections, and all the way to the final move-in, the Pulte team communicated with us every step of the way. Of course, there were moments of "hurry up and wait," which I imagine is part of any building process, but overall, the journey was managed well. In terms of quality and value, we are thrilled with our new home. It’s beautiful and feels like a high-quality build. While no home is perfect, Pulte has been incredibly responsive to any issues we've encountered, both during the closing process and after moving in. Their service team has reassured us that any concerns will be addressed promptly, and they’ve followed through. Special recognition goes to our build partners, Charmain, Nick, Sam, and Chris. These four were truly the MVPs of our experience. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured we felt confident and happy with each step of the build. They genuinely cared about making sure we loved everything about our new home, and it showed. For anyone considering Pulte as their builder, we can’t recommend them enough. The design and build process was enjoyable, and the final result still leaves us in awe—we can hardly believe this beautiful home is ours! The entire process was simple and easy. Sam was phenomenal. He walked us through the process and kept us motivated. He was more excited for us than we were. And the builder Dallas was exceptional. He called me once a week and kept me updated on the building of the house. I was so pleased. Sam and Dallas are a great team. I’m in love with my new house. Sam, Dallas, and Pulte are the BEST!

It was our first time buying a home and it was a pretty smooth and painless experience. Probably the most frustrating part was going back and forth with the lenders giving them the information they needed for the loan, but I hear that's a pretty common thing. Everything else was really great. People were very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.

Start to finish this has been a very good experience for us. Good communication. Our sales person was outstanding and our construction manager kept us in the loop the entire time we will recommend Pulte homes in this area to anybody I know.

From the beginning to move-in, we could not have had a better experience. Jimmy helped us plan it and Taylor made our dream come true! We had concerns because we were living in Savannah and could not monitor how the home was coming along. Taylor assured me that he would build me what was planned. He offered to call me each week and update me on the progress and he did! Every week he (or he & Jimmy) would call and send pictures to my phone. Who does that? Even after we have moved in, he has checked on us and offered assistance with any questions. I could not have had a better experience.

The construction manager Rob was very informative and helpful and professional . Trinh in the office was very knowledgeable and professional from the first time I visited bay 37 throughout the whole process.

Angelica did a great job of presenting our options and her communication was top notch throughout every step of the process. Brittany was in charge of our build and responded promptly to each of our concerns and questions. I really think the amazing quality of our build was due to her oversight and it gave us confidence during the entire build that things were being done correctly. Justin helped during the final walk address each of the few "touch-up" issues we had. After one month, we have had no issues and love our new build. Our home was built with quality materials and top-notch workmanship. We are so grateful for the finished product, and the entire team that helped get us to this point. Our Easley model, with structural changes to add a Flex room and additional bathroom, was the perfect choice for our growing family!

So far so good with our house

We had an amazing experience working with Sandra (sell manager) and Ryan the builder, and later on with Alex. All three were very professional and trustworthy. Fixing small and large problems immediately. And we had some large issues but they were fixed stress free. Awesome job, people! Love my new home!

Buying a new-build home can be a challenge. There is always some question about how long it will take the builder to complete the home and what the quality of the home will be at completion. I'm pleased to say that my entire buying experience with PULTE exceeded my expectations. The PULTE team met every construction milestone and inspection date they established with me at contract signing. We even closed on the home one day earlier than the date on the contract. This was very helpful to me since I had sold my previous home and was in temporary quarters while awaiting my closure date on the new home. It very good for me

The property had good quality product, the appliances were already in place (Move in ready) the style easy on the eyes, location was accessible from different route which makes it easy as well, of course the staffs were extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, follow up were quick, attentive and patient. The overall experience with our Pulte home at Rosehill Lake was Great! From the start to completion the “crew” worked hard to make sure our home was exactly as we had ordered!
