We had overall positive experience with our home buying. We had many minor issues with workmanship and paint quality but many were addressed and we are still waiting to get resolution on some.

Everything went very smoothly considering supply chain delays

Pulte is a quality builder. The team that delivered our home were responsive and helpful. We couldn't be happier.

No doubt that Pulte builds quality homes, just some few correctives here and there and they should the best in this market, no doubt.

Our build went pretty smoothly, although there were shortages of crews at times. Fortunately everything went smoothly in the first months, because there were delays near the end. Pulte crews are very fast and mostly did good work. It's important to keep an eye on quality near the end when everyone is in a hurry to finish... You need to be your own advocate. I would have given 5 stars, but the work done after close was frustrating, it took 2 months for the landscape work to wrap up. Our original field manager was not very responsive in this period, a new one took over and resolved our issues. Overall it was a good experience in a challenging year. We have been happy with the overall quality of the home. During COVID times it we understand that it is a challenge to get reliable workers and product. Pulte did come through as promised and has been responsive to any issues since moving in!

Easy process, with mortgage, title company , and insurance company all integrated with Pulte . One stop smooth and seamless process.

Great experience with Field Manager - very responsive to all issues.

Still waiting for a team member to fix a few things in the house, from closing.

Working with Jim was wonderful. The building process was great. Love the house. Still waiting for our stove though :( Sales person was not the best and she kept changing things without our knowledge, which resulted in some of our requested options not being done. Pretty frustating.

Our move in date was about 6 weeks longer than initially communicated but with supply chain issues caused by Covid I know this is not unique to Pulte. During the build process, any concern that I raised was addressed by the field manager and communication was good. We moved in with a few incomplete items which we agreed to as we needed to be out of the house we sold. I would not recommend this to others if you can avoid it as it has been slow going getting to full completion and we are not there yet. The concrete sub contractor has been very slow to respond to any rework, once during the build, and now after move in for omission of tile under poured sidewalk which I ended up resolving on my own. It does not appear to me that Pulte has much leverage with the concrete sub but then as a customer, I certainly have no view of the big picture relative to work load. In general, all the subs did good work and a couple of them were amazingly efficient; roofing, drywall, electrical to call out the best. Our warranty manager has been good as we work through what I would consider a modest list but I can’t give final approval as we are currently about half way through the list. We signed a build contract in late November, ground breaking March 9, move in Aug 27, 9 months total. Although we have had frustrating moments, we are happy with our end product. ... Más

for the most part the process moved along well. The Sales Agent was very knowledgeable. The Design Studio representative was very helpful in making the process very pleasurable and exciting. The construction manager worked on our behalf to see that the quality of the construction was maintained. Then came the closing process and the agent we had was definitely the best. His explanations of every form made the process very smooth.

Problem with pipe leaking to unit below me was handled quickly and efficiently.

Interior design, location, insulation quality are good.

The staff works hard to meet your needs. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Pulte. There are a few areas I think could use improvement but at the local level, the staff worked hard to create the house I wanted. Wish surveys for the project managers were not sent right when I moved in. Too much going on to write an accurate review for the team. I felt the mortgage side of Pulte was pushed a little too much. For a person who never had a house built, there were some communication issues.

Overall great experience. Post closing issue resolution has been very slow and not customer focused as they lack the sense of urgency of the issue.

Overall a pleasurable experience.
