It’s been good so far

Good price for what I got.

First; Patti, sales consultant, was/is so helpful and often went out of her way to help us. Second; Kevin, builder rep, is great to work with. He acted immediately to some minor issues we had once we moved in. He continues to provide help on additional items and provides recommendation/solution that I can easily perform. Third: Jeff and Todd of the warranty team are very responsive and I feel we are in good hand with them with the items that need to resolved. Listen; I understand our home was build in a crazy time (covid shut-downs/restrictions, labor and parts shortages, etc.) so I give the Pulte team two big "thumbs-up" for doing what that did. Sure there are some issues with the new home, but this is to be expected and more so when your home is built during a pandemic. I had several warranty issues after I moved in which were scheduled and taken care of successfully almost immediately by Pulte's warranty department. My only complaint is with the sub-contractors who completed the warranty work. As a single woman building a home I was surprised to be treated with such lack respect by every sub except the electrician. However, the salesperson and the project manager were both very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. If I had an issue during the building process, the project manager took care of it quickly, explaining things to my satisfaction.

We really appreciated the organization of the planning and buying process. Additionally, the communication from the project managers helped us stay in loop about our home.

Willing to work with customer through each step of the build and to solve concerns.

As far as the overall process , Pulte is a great company with a great staff. The on-Site reps do everything they can to make sure the house meets your expectations. However, Ensure you know what you are doing when at your design appointment. When you make changes to a feature; it’s not always explained to you how it will affect the other selections you have made. We went from having wood floors in our gathering room to having carpet when we specified no carpet on the first floor. A selection change we made basically added carpet to our living room without us knowing it; and we have pets, which is now a problem and will cost us more to have it fixed. This is not a direct line to Pulte, but it is a direct result of the design appointment being subcontracted to another company with their own way of fulfilling their contractual obligations. ... Más

Overall experience was very satisfying.

Rachel, Anne, and Tyler all were great communicators during this process of building. When I had concerns, they put me at ease, knowing they had my back.

Every thing went good. I would recommend my friends to go with Pulte homes.

The overall quality is good.

The Sales Team and the Construction Team were great to work with and very supportive throughout the process. They were responsive to concerns and addressed them. They have continued to be supportive even after closing.

For a track home builder the quality was good. The field rep was good at making sure issues were identified and fixed. The finish carpentry was good, and the home seems very well insulated and air tight. On hot days we can just open the windows at night and then close them in the day and the house stays comfortable. No major issues and we are very happy with the house, I'm not sure you can better value for the price we paid. My wife loves the kitchen, good options we're available and the finish product was well done.

We were very happy with the initial process of getting started and selecting our options and watching the house go up. I feel the builder was responsive during the building process and kept us well up to date on their progress. After moving in we have been somewhat disappointed in some of the quality of the work. The base paint seems very cheap and comes off the wall with water. So wiping a dirt smudge off the wall ended up with missing paint and just brushing against the wall leaves smeared “dirty” areas. We found dried caulking stuck to random cabinet surfaces around the kitchen, paint and stain splatters on the floor, railing and baseboards in multiple areas. I guess it was just timing as well because the sod laid for our yard in April was mostly dead when we moved in and they said it would fill in but over a month later we still have areas completely dead. This was a 6-7 month long process and we were feeling pretty good the whole time but right at the tail end it seemed like the quality of work was lacking in some areas, the paint in particular is really upsetting. With 4 kids I imagine that half my paint will be gone within a year just from wiping finger prints off the wall with a wet wash cloth. ... Más

Sales needs to spend more time with decisions

The homebuying experience wasn't bad as I expected it to be since we were buying a home durning the pandemic. The mortgage company was my least favorite team to work with.

Overall Shawn in sales and Chase project manager were awesome. I have zero complaints about them. I do believe my house was closed before it was actually ready. I believe that pressure came from above the Pulte employees I've dealt with. There were a lot of little incomplete about my home that didnt make sense but Shawn and mostly Chase made things right. Thank you Guys!

Delivered home as per promised timelines. Any issues were addressed promptly. Good customer experience !

Builder was great and attentive. A few issues took place after closing that needed addressed.

Pulte offered floor plan option we were looking for. A bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor was required for my elderly parents who can't climb stairs. First floor sunroom was a good addition. Another bedroom on the second floor was offered with an attached bathroom for my daughters. Second floor owners bedroom with attached master bath and walk-in closets was huge.
