The experience with Pulte overall has been very good if not excellent. We love our new home and the workmanship was high quality. Overall, they have been very responsive. If there is any negative it is that they contract workers who make mistakes which then require they be rectified - which has occurred.

Quality home at a great value.

Overall very happy with our new home. Felt like a few things were not like the model and surprised. The “smart” features are not coordinated and barely enhance the home. Some do not work properly and ownership of the problem was dumped on the installing contractor who has been very poor on getting things right. Very long wait for hot water at all points. But again, the build process and quality has been excellent overall. Shane was very upfront and responsive, and Max too but he came near the end.

Building with Pulte homes was a positive experience. From the initial consultation, through the design appointment and the build process. There were some issues at move in, but our build manager Don took care of all of them in a very efficient manner. He was fantastic. With any new home, nothing will be perfect. There was paint splatter on places it should not have been, minor imperfections in installation pieces, and so on. I am overall happy with the experience and have already referred multiple family members who are buying in the oakfield community!

Ryan did an outstanding job, taking leadership when our salesperson was relocated 3 months before we closed. He responded to our needs promptly and to our satisfaction.

I would highly recommend Pulte Builders in the Brandon, FL area, but I would strongly caution against using Pulte Mortgage or other entities within Pulte Group.

Our Field Manager Jonathan has been instrumental throughout the home buying process. He has answered every question we’ve had and has fixed any issue without any hesitation. We are very impressive with his responsiveness. However, we would love to have seen some more attention to detail as far as workmanship. There has been some instances where we can tell the work was rushed. No major issue, we just would have liked to see the quality a little better.

Keith and the building team were helpful, transparent and trustworthy from start to finish.

Oscar was great and kept us informed throughout the process.

Built and delivered on time. Informed the progress of construction in a timely manner. Sales representative is very informative and friendly. All the products are delivered as in the sales agreement.

Sales process was solid. Mortgage process was fair (positive with advisor / negative with processor). Building quality manager was fantastic pre-closing (very helpful and attentive) - but disappeared after we submitted a positive survey result. Overall pleased, just currently frustrated as we are unable to close out 4 simple, lingering issues since pre-closing (2 months post!!).

Building from afar is always a challenge. My sales agent Matt was always there to answer my questions. Phone calls and texts made the process easier. Weekly photos were much appreciated. My Building Super was great too. Thankful for John overseeing the actual construction.

Organize and prepare. Study the material provided and choose carefully with an eye on cost and value.

We're happy with the layout and the choice of flooring, tiles, and paint colors. However, the workmanship was hurriedly done to complete the job. There were many rough edges, chipped tiles, grout unsealed and excess grout and paint drips that should have been corrected. Also, our new washing machine required warranty work, which took seven weeks to get new parts installed. Pulte refused to replace with a working washer and turned the matter over to Whirlpool, who insisted that they would order new parts but had no idea when they would arrive.

Both the sales agent and the construction supervisor helped me through many questions, changes and issue resolution. Our experience with the design coordinator was not good. She made several errors during construction (specifying wrong items) that had to be fixed before final. She never told us that in a $1.1 million home (one of your "top" models) that we were not getting quality items that any home costing half this would have. For example: cabinet shelves that were not full length. Instead we got the useless 1/3 length shelves, and shower controllers that do NOT control the volume of water only the temperature (we have never heard of this even in cheap homes), and no outlets where needed like next to a ladies vanity (which WAS shown on the generic electrical drawing). She was in such a rush to get us through in under 2 hours we had no chance to figure things out, nor did she attempt to explain these "shortcomings". So now we have to spend our own money to get shelves, new shower controllers if we can, and outlets. These minor little items are not where Pulte should be saving a few nickels. ... Más

The building process was terrific. The quality of the home very good. The overall experience with the builder also very high. The only negative to report was all the sales incentives that really had little value. i.e. $8000 closing allowance if Pulte Mortgage was used. The rate quoted was substantially higher, points higher, and fees more than ate up any benefit from the 8K allowance. Not a good experience here.
