Hope that the quality of painting experience would have been more professional!!!

Builder was great and attentive. A few issues took place after closing that needed addressed.

Pulte offered floor plan option we were looking for. A bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor was required for my elderly parents who can't climb stairs. First floor sunroom was a good addition. Another bedroom on the second floor was offered with an attached bathroom for my daughters. Second floor owners bedroom with attached master bath and walk-in closets was huge.

Interest and pride exhibited by the selling agent and the field manager. They were available to answer my questions.

My experience has been mostly good. They are super helpful, just make sure everything is clear and to your liking before you finish.

Our construction manager Jon was great. Didn’t have the best experience with our sales person Jamie though.

There have been a few inconveniences with have a rent-a-John in front of our house, landscaping crew running over water meter and Delco having to come out to mend the issues.

The construction manager Nathan was really good in solving problems that need his attention. He was very approachable and explained things very nicely. But We are not happy with the quality of paint used (as it peels off just with a touch of hand).

The design and layout of the home.

I give Pulte 4 stars out of 5. I would say we have a good house and it was a good experience, but we weren't blown away. Pulte is a big corporation, so they are efficient but not relational. Plan to stick to the details of the contract. It may be a matter of managing expectations.

It was ok. Pretty painless. The after care seems to be doing ok. I'd probably buy from Pulte again. I'm not sure. Maybe.

Two months living in our new home and it still feels like we just moved in type of excitement. We love the location, it’s 10min to Antioch Bart where I commute to work. Fast food, gas station, and grocery stores one block away. We chose this builder since it’s walking distance to my kids school. Many parks for my kids to choose from and nice neighbors so far. Any minor issues at home the warranty manager and his team easily fixes it.

We were kept informed of the happening on weekly basis. We could see the home getting build

Overall we had a great experience.

Overall, I would recommend Pulte as a builder. Home building/buying isn't the easiest process but Pulte does a good job of communicating timely. There is room for improvement on transparency of changes and managing expectations.

Very good and pleasant experience. The material used could be better but given the circumstances it was not a surprise. Overall, Pulte is a great organization to work with for a new home.

Our second home to purchase, And it was exciting to watch the process again from foundation up. To see all the details of your home in progress. And to finally move in. It’s been 1 month 1 day and we’ve been enjoying our new home with Pulte. With the heavy rains that came through the area I’m happy to say no leaks at all. When we did our walk through before closing You see the obvious touch ups that get noted and fixed, but your bound to miss some minor ones. But over all we’re very happy with our new home And with PULTE as our builder.

Pulte Homes will not make improvements requested by the customer; such as satin or semi-gloss paint instead of flat paint in the garage and bathrooms, concrete instead of plastic water trays for exterior downspouts, white instead of black lanai ceiling light fixtures, or the installation of a wine cooler.

Overall was a great experience. Anyone having a new home built rite now will deal with COVID supply issue's. Despite those challenges our sales rep Matt and field Rob were amazing. Matt was very helpful in the beginning helping us navigate the buying process and selecting add ons. Every week during the build he kept us updated with pictures which we looked foward to Sunday mornings. Rob was great. He took care of any concerns or issues that popped up and was very detailed oriented. His experience helped us make a couple small changes that made all the difference. After closing, some small issues that came up were quickly handled. I was very impressed with their customer service and we love our new house.
