Overall we had a decent home buying experience with the sales side. We had an AMAZING experience with the builder, Wally. He went above and beyond responding to (and fixing when necessary) any questions or issues we had. Wally really made the whole experience for us and we are really grateful he was there to help every step of the way. He even sought us out AFTER we were moved in to give us additional information and fix a small problem we had mentioned off hand on the final check of the house.

I would want them to know the house is more than worth the price and your field manager is one of the most important person during the building process. William really left a lasting impression on my wife and I.

Gina was great with sales and communication. Anthony and Nick have been helpful and responsive during and after building. Celeste made making design choices easy in the design center. While most of the work was high quality, the quality and neatness of a couple of the sub-contractors was not up to Pulte and our standards.

Great price and good value

The staff was great and answered all questions in a prompt manner. In terms of construction, a few small issues. First, the laundry room door can’t be open (it swings in) while accessing the washer. Second, the washer and dryer doors open giants each each. So you have to pull the clothes out of the washer and go up and over the contacting doors. The doors should be on opposing sides so you can transfer directly. This is especially true if we pre-ordered the washer and dryer from Pulte. The water and electrical hookups are known, so the models can be selected based on that. Third, the bathroom accessories are installed well but do not seem very sturdy. Plus, the markup on them is absolutely insane. From what I’ve seen them sold for online, I would say 50-100x. Fourth, noticing paint where it shouldn’t be. Fifth, a few other installation matters/decisions associated with personalized selections left me a bit baffled and made those selections difficult to use. And yes, maybe I should have noticed during the walkthrough. But it’s tough to see stuff initially. And more difficult to see through sheetrock until you start to mount/install certain things. ... Great home for us. Our first new build. Very happy with the construction.

It was a good overall experience but they can improve in showcasing the interior selections on a computer. Sometimes looking at the small piece say a kitchen backsplash you don't get an idea how it will look. They could utilize virtual reality to show the selections made.

Generally high quality construction. Always a few challenges with any large project, but they are very responsive to the issues.

As a first time home buyer, I received a great experience with Pulte. The environment, people and minimized stress in my experience has made our home worthwhile.

Overall we had good experience. What we did not enjoy was the options we got to select in design center. Pulte definitely add more options as it gives way less to choose as compared to any other builder of this scale.

Purchased unit with the plans shown for the development. Those plans are now changing half way through the development process on the additional buildings. Bathrooms did not come with storage. Medicien cabinet or drawers really should be standard.

Overall experience was great. Project Manager was attentive and professional. He worked very hard to meet and in some cases, exceed our expectations. House was completed on schedule with minor punch list items.

The construction manager was very responsive to any questions/concerns and very thorough in his final walkthrough.

All questions and problems was answered and taken care of quickly.

Our Project Manager, Scott R., provided expert knowledge and support that really eased the entire process for us and helped us understand every step thoroughly, as well as help us make informed decisions!

Quality Construction and delivery of the is great. But we noticed couple of things to be improved. After closing home response is not that great. Need to understanding the customer pain. Simply saying after touching some rough-ins they will say warranty will be gone, At the time of closing also co-ordination not that great for colleting the keys.

Overall good experience! We love our home.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a new home build and only heard stories about negative experiences. I’m pleasantly surprised to report that my experience has been great. Be aware that you will need to pay attention to the details. The framing, foundation, trim, appliances, and design selections. As a buyer, you are purchasing YOUR home. It’s in your beat interest to be highly involved in the build process. If your expectation is a HGTV hands off experience you may find yourself disappointed. Stay engaged with the process. Find all pictures you can representing the features and materials you want included in your home that Pulte provides so that there are no surprises at the final reveal. If you feel comfortable being highly engaged and detail oriented, the new build process with Pulte will be fantastic. If not, I suggest buying an existing home. ... Más

I still have some outstanding issues that are being worked on. Overall, most of my issues has been resolved.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

We had a wonderful home buying experience from the very first meeting with our sales rep Sammy! He was very informative and helped us out tremendously. Also - during the actual build , our field manager was Lester and he was just FANTASTIC. Lester is a very hard working individual who is there from early morning to the late hours of the evening checking in on the homes and solving issues. Lester is Truly a great asset to Pulte .
