I booked my townhouse with Pulte in January 2020 and then Covid happened in March , i though the project will get delayed by a huge sum but instead to my surprise Pulte were very efficient and did not delay the project as expected even in this difficult & challenging times. Pulte has been very trustworthy in delivering project in time. Very happy with their response overall.

When purchasing a home it can be stressful and emotionally taxing. Pulte Homes’ process made it easy with their streamlined approach and effective tools and communication.

During COVID we were trying to close on our house. The sales team and Project manager were very helpful in making everything go smoothly

Overall satisfaction is good. Getting trade contractors back to resolve issues taking much longer than expected

Overall pleased with experience, but one should be aware when moving into new construction that until the building has been “broken in” there will be issues like malfunctioning elevators, fire alarms accidentally triggered, etc.

There is always room for improvements on finishing.

I had a good experience with Pulte Mortgage in buying home.

When we moved it the home is beautiful but there were Significant amount of unfinished cabinet trees and paint areas for a home that is valued at $450,000 I would expect it to be almost perfect. I think there was a lot of opportunities to finish the home but it seemed very rushed I still love the layout and the home itself but we are still waiting for some of the Cabinets and baseboards cabinets and baseboards to be finished. At the end of the day there were a lot of small things that were missed and those are usually the biggest.

Working with the builder was a great experience. We learned a lot about homes and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We did have a few challenges throughout the process, but we are overall happy with our home purchase. Our biggest disappointment was narrowing down the closing date. We were given a rough estimate - 30 day window and we’re assured that it would be closer to early to mid October. Our apartment lease was up in September, so we decided to extend a month on our rent, only to turn around and close in late September. We asked for a different date and the response was a hard no. My home buying experience was okay. I just wish I was informed on when the house was completely built and finished but that is all.

They stayed on schedule which helped facilitate the move

Slow response prior to and after purchase. Questions were sometimes ignored or took several weeks to hear back. Never heard from the field manager during the entire build.

I am living in this home for almost 2 months. I love the home and Pulte built the way it was promised. I have only one comment to make. The walls of home are not insulated enough one can hear what's going on in that room. Example: when someone use the bathroom in the 2nd floor, other can clearly hear from the 1st floor. I am not sure how I can fix that now? I would Pulte seriously take this matter and fix it in future homes

Our Pulte was well built from the foundation to the roof. Disappointed in the quality of the lawn that was installed. Too many weeds in the lawn from day one. They have added some top soil due the uneveness of the lawn. I'm working tosolve the crab grass problem but feel Pulte should provide a better quality of grass.

The personnel was very supportive in our endeaver.

The team did the best they could with the challenging subcontractor base.

Disappointed in the attention to detail. Paint chips here and there. Nicks here and there. Flaws were not obvious but we are neat freaks and maybe expected everything to be perfect. Love the floor plan and the sunsets.

the house is very well built with every detail very well finished, my family and I love the neighborhood the neighbors are very friendly . only one detail that I did not like was that the house was not cleaned before closing ,it was very dirty with a lot dust and one of the bathroom was extremely dirty the windows full of dirt .I talk to the representative she says they hired a company to clean the house, I do not think they did the work ., I had to hire staff to clean the house ,I couldn't let my daughters play in a dirty house

Having expected better build quality than I would have had with WCI or Lennar, I was surprised that obvious quality problems were not remedied before the final walk-through. An obviously mis-cut tile was missed by the construction team, so there was a visible gap between the tile and kitchen cabinet. There were also scratches on most of the windows in the house. Given how much I paid for hurricane-proof windows, that was disappointing and rather upsetting.

Great quality home that is of a reasonable price and is beautiful! Up until now, any issues are timely addressed by warranty as well.

The home is great. I wish Pulte would put a blind on the glass section of the back foot. It’s very difficult to obtain something to cover the glass for privacy. Also at least paint the garage so it does not look old on the walls. Thank you.

Developer is good but some contractors who build the house are really bad! Unfortunately a lot of thinks in the house are bad! Quality of the job done for paint, door installation are bad! Painting walls without covering the floor. Pulte need to check people they are hiring to build the house. They will fix everything but you have only 30 days to do that! Everything else is good!

Was really pleased with the entire process. The house was completed on time and we were very satisfied with our foreman.

The only suggestion that I have is that you go through the entire process of initial consultation, the smart home consultation and the design team consultation and then allow the buyer a week to finalize their decisions. This allows the buyer time to review in case they want to make final adjustments on the final product price.
