Despite the delays brought by the global pandemic, our Pulte Home’s build proceeded and was turned over to us. We’re happy to be in our new home.

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

The build experience was amazing! My project manager was absolutely the best! Very responsive and caring to all our needs. The only issues we had were with the underwriting of the mortgage. They consistently wanted reports and information that was redundant and not necessary for the approval of the mortgage. After the initial approval, they wanted the same reports and statements over and over again for 6 months. This became very tiresome and certainly didn't help my impression of Pulte mortgage. Other than the underwriting process, it was a very good experience.

Home buying process was smooth. Pulte met all deadlines despite Covid-19 restrictions.

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.

We love the house and the craftsmanship is incredible. The post sale responsiveness to a service tickets has been terrible and borderline unacceptable. Apparently caring about a customer after money is in the bank ends.

I like the home but having been in the trades I am not thrilled with some of the workmanship. For the cost of the home I expected more.

This was a completed home so there were some things I would have done differently but I can change or add some later. I feel that a number of items should be standard such as trey ceiling in master, a finished garage and a couple of other items. Now, on-site agents are FANTASTIC and should be commended. Bree was always patient, responsive and always professional. Tucker was excellently. A very pleasant experience.

Very good service

We have been in our hone about 6 weeks and have had no major issues. Mark has responded immediately to any issues that have cone up.

Everything went along as they planned. Closing was when they said the only thing I would like to see is more color choices on the walls. Robert did a good job of following thru on any problem areas

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and friendliness of working with Pulte. Having come from a full custom build, downsizing to this Pulte, was so pleasant. Mark was a superb foreman and answered all our needs quickly and effectively.

We purchased a home that was built and was unoccupied for 9 months. Home is good quality but expect contractor grade hardware and fixtures unless you are going to build from scratch and upgrade. They have been quick to fix issues we have run into after our purchase. No wiggle room on price from my experience.

Great sales team. Working with the developer was great. Consistent and transparent in providing information on Phase II development progress. Can be confident that you are getting accurate information. Options for selecting finishes, appliances and other items can be limiting. For example, we wanted a free standing tub, which should be a standard option, but was not available. Instead had to get the surround tub, which in my opinion is more costly to build out. Workmanship and materials are average, which in my opinion is OK, but for a luxury home, more attention to detail should be a requirement. Pulte home builders are the best but Pulte mortgage is a joke

Could use higher quality and workmanship

This is our second new home through Pulte. So far, we have been happy with our purchase. Pulte does a good job building. The finish has left a few flaws, but we are certain Pulte will handle. My only concern is that the neighborhood should only have so many rentals, but have noticed that atleast six rentals surrounding my home. This should not have been allowed.

You will have high expectations when you get house from Pulte. I was not happy at all initially the way house delivered. But after some days Tim and his team helped me, turn it around and change my perception towards Pulte. Tim listed all my issues and address them one by one during this extra ordinary situation. Thanks Greg, Tim, Jon and Brian for all their effort and helping the community.

We've bought several new homes. Pulte's design and value are superb. Some of the workmanship and materials have been disappointing, however haven't spoiled our experience. Where our experience has been spoiled is the mediocre communication we've received from sales rep Crystal and Builder/Warranty guy Stuart. Their communication, efforts, and enthusiasm come across halfhearted. There is still some simple work on my home that needs to be done that has taken weeks and still not resolved. Who do I need to speak with that cares and has urgency???

Our home was priced much lower than the same house in Lakeshore. Neighborhood is friendly. Staff is friendly, accessible and professional. HOA takes exceedingly long to respond to an architectural request. I am on week #5. No email or call, simply an acknowledgement of receipt email.
