Have found lots of paint spots on tile floors and carpet. Painters need to work cleaner especially in a finished house. Also we were told professional cleaners would get house spotless. They need to look for this type of stuff new home owners shouldn't have to do this.

Just a few comments.....first, this will be the 4th survey or comment I have forwarded and I have yet the hear from anyone regarding my comments !! Perhaps that is SOP...not sure. During the walk-thru I asked if I needed to check the appliances... the answer was no they were checked. Well the first time I ran the dishwasher, which frankly was only last week, I learned the water shut off was in the "off" position. Apparently it was not checked. Someone was to come out today 6/24; however no one did or called to say why. The hood over the range needs some work, and have been asked to get the model number. There is no model number on it and in fact doesn't even state it is a whirlpool unit. They were supposed to come today, but did not since they didn't have the model ... 2 screws are missing, the hood is sagging and piece is loose. Why a model number is needed to make such a repair is beyond me !! The kitchen sink has stains which cannot be removed, one has been ordered and I am awaiting a replacement date. .... I am excited for my new home and in a beautiful community. Outside of one neighbor, I have no major complaints.

we had built a new house with Pulte and we really love. Our field manager was a great guys. we had no problem with him. He make him available every time we need anything or a questions.

Customer service is excellent. However, some problems with the home: They skimped on the interior paint, it is just an obligatory color coat and is easily removed by any contact. For a well-into six-figures home, I expected better. There are also some other problems that should not be occurring in a house with the advertising claims that are made. I would expect this from a lesser builder, not Pulte.

In general we've had a very good experience with Pulte, quality homes. Some details that need to be repair though.

pulte made it an easy process and was there to help and answer questions throughout the process

project mgr was very responsive and assisted after the purchase to help resolve issues.

Buying and moving-in experience was fine, however quality of work sometimes is questionable as many small issues and nuances were found upon moving in. It didn't look like contractors and the builder cared much about it as long as the house was accepted by new owners. Noise isolation between units is poor, can easily hear your neighbors talking. My main problem is that inside all mobiles phones loose signal. Tested with all major mobiles carriers - signal outside 4-5 bar stable, but once you get inside, the signal drops to zero. Something is interfering with the signal inside the house, but what? I would really like Pulte to look into it as this is a major problem. ... Más

Good just need a little more communication

I brought up a concern that my inspector had to the PM and he said it was not a concern. Well it turned into a leak and mold issue. Had he been present during the actual inspection I think my inspector and him would have resolved this issue. Or in the very least when I met with him a few days later not been so dismissive of everything the inspector mentioned to me. The crazy thing is when the HVAC guys showed to fix the leak, they said they informed Pulte of the same issue that my inspector mentioned, a few months back when they were on sight before I closed on the home. The team that I dealt with once the mold was present from Pulte were different people and I felt taken care of. However, having a kid with severe allergies I can't help but think that my home still has mold in it when it ALLLLL could have been prevented. ... Más

Every Pulte employee involved with building our home was very reliable

I think each building would have been better with a bit of more square footage. Especially with the roads in between the blocks

The warranty team is very prompt. The houses are fairly priced.

I love the home

The Sales Representative and the Building Supervisor were excellent. Both worked to build our house in the manner we wanted. But, they were constrained by what they were allowed to do. These are not semi-custom houses, but are builder houses that have some options. Even when not doing something that was on the plan would have saved time and money. It still could not be done. If we picked an option to add something there was always a charge, but when we opted to leave out something there was never any credit. We now have had to pay someone to take out and finish several areas the way we wanted. We understand that building houses in the same way aids cost containment and helps with time lines. But, to us the house purchaser it became costly and frustrating. Due to Covid 19 the warranty work that needs to be done has not started yet, but should be started in 1 1/2 weeks. The basic floor plan is very well done and the quailty is resonable for a “builder” house. There are a few things that did not make sense; 1) the light switch in the Mater bathroom is behind the door when you enter the bathroom, 2) the “built in bench” in the shower Is actual dangerous. It is 27 1/2 “ high. You have to lift yourself up to sit on it! It is recommended that a built in shower seat be no lower than 17” and no higher than 19”, 3) the decorative tile band in the shower is lower than it should be. If you are standing in the shower (which is lower than the bathroom floor) it is OK, but when standing in the bathroom it is visually not a pleasing hight. 4) there are not enough electrical outlets in the laundry room. Yes, it meets code, but a builder with Pulte’s reputation should do better. and 6) All the lights and the shower vent, in the Mater bathroom, came on with one switch. They need to be separated out. These are the things that come to mind that did not represent the very best in over all design. ... Más

Working with Pulte was generally very easy. We LOVE our new home. There were just a couple of issues during the build. They were weirdly unwilling to tell us where things like light switches and electrical outlets were going to be located. These are standard floorplans (but don't call them cookie-cutter, that really offends them...) so there has to be a standard electrical diagram, but they refused to let us see it, much less have a copy. Other builders I've worked with have provided such drawings as part of the new home info packet. Secondly, we closed in early spring, and as of this writing we've been here two months, and we still don't have a lawn. We were told we'd have it in 4 - 6 weeks, but that didn't happen. We've seen virtually no activity on lawn installation at any of the dozen or so occupied homes in our subdivision that don't have lawns yet. The two or three spec homes that Pulte built and are trying to sell of course do have lawns. These are annoyances rather than showstoppers, I would build with Pulte again. ... Más

Shop around before deciding to buy with Pulte. This will give you a better understanding of Value for your money. Take advantage of periodic meetings with the Field Manager such as the pre-drywall walk through so you have an idea of what goes into your home

The builder did an excellent job to keep the timeline.

I think the home is very nice. I have noticed some little things, but most of the work looks like quality work!

The best news for the community is Mr Sean H He does care and helps and supports at all time.

During the construction of our home, we heard a lot about Pulte quality. Within the first two months of living in our home, we have had to repair the oven and the air conditioning. I am not sure that the quality is quite up to the discussion it is given.

Had some unique issues to start before moving into the new house, but pulte apologized and made good on those problems. We love our home and feel we made the right decision moving here.

Less than a month after purchased our home, we ran into a low voltage electrical problem which caused malfunctioning of our built in oven and A/C. It caused us great inconvenience and worries. Kirk responded to our issues accordingly and helped to fix it.
