The date keep changing and no one was contacting me and letting know what was going on.. I had to call and get the information for myself and miss out on the funeral for my family member.

Our Sales person was awesome, she guided us perfectly through the beginning process. Our Building supervisor was also an awesome person, fun to talk to, but he didn't do what he had promised us , which left us no choice to see help from other management. The end result was good,...it just could have been a little smoother.

We had good experience with this home purchase. Construction managers were very helpful throughout the process.

Overall not bad but many things not completed and they said they would complete after closing. Still waiting on items to be finished. House was not properly cleaned and dusted prior to moving in.

Good overall experience. Faster build time than we expected. We had a few issues that were addressed as they came up throughout the building process. I wish they had better quality appliances as their standard options and I did not like the vendor they partner with for technology equipment and installation (security system and TV wall mounts).

We are seniors and passing thru health issues our needs are 5 minutes away here at Pulte Homes...and the their staff from upfront office to construction managers are all doing their best..polite and understanding our senior issues...more powers to you...

We are among several new homeowners who do not yet have our sod. We were somewhat disturbed to see completed, but yet unsold homes get sod prior to our lots. It is not a good look for your company. It is not the way to treat your customers.

Nice home Pulte sales department needs to improve their communication. Would like better insulation in the garage but the rest of the house is very nice We have been in the house for 2 months and nothing minor or major has showed up.

Timelines keep shifting (Expect a delay of a couple of months). A lot of construction quality issues were observed across the community: sewage issues, drywall under the sink having holes/uncovered, AC leak issue in the attic, Sprinklers and drip link leak from day one.

The front office personnel was rarely in office. I called Pulte to schedule time to visit the model home and was finally able to speak with a rep. The first rep took a first glance and assumed we couldn’t afford our home. Judged us almost immediately. It went downhill with this guy. However Maitlyn was a breath of fresh air. She answered all questions and very outgoing. They say if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say anything at all. I’ll say Pulte Finance is abysmal. That’s putting it lightly. The home was a little late in getting closed. The local agents were helpful, but our relator had to intervene to get things taken care of. The home is nice, but there are a few quality items with the HVAC system and some fit & finish details as well. The superintendent was helpful to get things taken care of from the punch list. As we continue to live in the house we have found a few more items that will be on our 1 year warranty list.

In general the home buying experience went well.

Pulte has good and cheap qualities. It looks good outside looking in, but once you buy and see the fallacies, you'll be disappointed. With the money you spend on housing, you'll just expect more! A lot of errors!!

Build quality is par below with cheap material quality. Interior paint is definitely a joke! The apartment I lived before was built in 1960 and had a better paint and wall quality. For 750k this built ? Wow. I don’t recemmond because of the quality of the house

My experience has been fairly good. It was a different because I purchased a spec home so everthing was done when I bought it. The mudding work, cabinet installation and appliance installation all needed fixing. Some I am waiting for my 1 yr inspection to do. There is a crack starting in the ceiling that they are sending a crew to fix on Monday. The microwave trim wasn't installed right and finally they sent someone yesterday to fix it after some back and forth. The house itself is very nice in general and I am enjoying living here.

Overall satisfaction. Quality of paint finishing needs improvement. Had to push for punch list follow up after closing. Good response once issues were addressed.

Overall, my experience was very good. I had some issues with your customer service department and lack of responsiveness. I had to make several phone calls and send an email to the CEO before I received any response I needed a few minor repairs which took two months to complete. Tatiana was assigned to help me with my issues. She was outstanding. Her professionalism and follow-up were exemplary. That said, I recommend you make some major changes to the operation of your customer service department.

Post closure issues needs to be addressed quickly. Visiting vendor should be very polite with the home owners ( I have had a bad experience with the NWR electrician at AMS)

The layout and options available in the houses are great. However, I do wish Pulte would offer more customization on certain things, such as HVAC choices, shelving in closets, allowing multiple interior paint choices, and just interior design choices in general. We have a lot of small issues in the house and a couple of bigger issues, but Pulte has so far worked with us on a lot of them. Something that’s rather frustrating is that you have to really stay on them to get things done. Sometimes they’ll push back but if you’re persistent then they will work with you. Lastly, the quality of some the work they do is sub-standard, especially trim work. Some of the trim has gaps in it, is uneven, and a lot of it has gashes or scratches. Pulte says they will address this at the one year mark, so I cannot give them a complete review until then. There are numerous small issues, including problems with interior and exterior paint, door knob installations, roofing, stucco, and more.

Ground broke 5-21 and closing was 11-8-24. Fast, efficient, communicative and well built. Construction Managers were great and hand off from one to the other was well done. After closing everything became more difficult and communication slowed down. Clearly "warranty" work is not the same priority as gettting the house sold.

Really like my home and its features. Appreciated the efforts to close earlier than planned. Title company error caused closing to take 4 hours. Warranty issues taking too long to resolve. Communication about warranty issues could be better. Great neighborhood and sales experience.

Chris, our project manager was responsive to our needs and made our move in experience pleasant. Within 10 minutes of our taking possession of the home, he came to our rescue with a snow shovel and addressed our lock issue. Chris is awesome and he is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to Pulte Homes. He addressed our issues and concerns prior to move-in. Amy in PGP Title was helpful with our closing and has been helpful in proper allocation of funds for our HOA's.

Good but found out alot issues that took time to be addressed and multiple times but overall Ryan was great
