I GOT THIS HOME ON 5/25/23, AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE GOING TO LEAVRL THE LANE AROUND THE HOME IN 2-3 WEEKS, IT'S ALMOST 5 WEEKS NOTHING DONE.

I love the home and floor plan. I purchased the premier package and several items in the package weren’t offered anymore like the lighting fixtures. They’re all LED cans, very bright and no dimmers. The communication with the project managers was great. They seemed to care about the quality. Drywall screws were popping out before we even moved in, drywall seam crack, bowed drywall. Window frames are too tight for windows making it difficult to open. Can see bowed window frames. I’ve been here a month and my dishwasher wasn’t hooked up correctly and water all over the floor, entire living room flooring replaced because someone used it as a cutting board during the build process, 4 windows reset and still waiting on drywall repair, cracks and holes in bathroom tile grout and terrible caulking was redone, doors not hung correctly and rubbing, an entire ceiling register missing from a bedroom- BUT the Pulte team has been fantastic about addressing and making corrections. They have been great to deal with. I just feel like theee shouldn’t have been issues in the first place. I do love my house though. ... Más

Mitchel was super responsive to all our concerns and questions. Great job in building our home. Very detailed in all aspects of his work

Nick-Project Manager - was meticulous and very responsive and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. Nick gets 5 stars on everything. Andrea - Salesperson - was very short and curt in her messages. Always assumed that she was right and rarely admitted fault particularly when she was wrong. She is also very afraid of picking up a phone to address an issue. She is too reliant on texting and never completes reasoning behind a decision. Strickly a minimal word and no assistance in helping the customer to understand her meaning or provide solutions. Just yes or no and after the initial negotiation strictly NO answers. She should not be in sales. Samantha - Sales Manager never returns calls even after multiple attempts. Never responded to letter outlining our concerns. Tony - Customer Service - Very honest and responsive. Great with making sure the job was done right and great with follow-up. Blair - Pulte Mortgage - extremely good about answering all of our concerns and very good about keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Pulte Mortgage has significantly improved since our previous experience buying our Townhome back in 2019. Rosario - Pulte Insurance - very informative and helpful. Made our decision easy. On a final note, we did not buy a 20' Townhome this time around. We purchased a Fox Hollow. Not sure how Pulte confused this, however we are not surprised as the communication between departments is non-existent. Fortunately, we know from previous experience that if you want to get something answered you must go directly to the person heading that area and it appears that no one communicates with other departments. ... Overall, a good experience. House was done quickly, most issues addressed in timely manner. Pulte Mortgage process was cumbersome, took a long time. Some included features were dated and very basic, designed to make you feel the need to upgrade. But overall we have been mostly pleased and love our new home.

Pulte construction is good and their response is also quick and good but only bit expensive in price when compared to other builders.

The 20K credit provided was a real game changer. It helped to take care of the closing cost.

Overall the finished house is well done. The construction manager was very helpful. A lot of work was initially done poorly (i.e. framing), but the construction manager was on top of things and got the issues quickly fixed. Unfortunately there is a significant design issue ... cabinet doors ability to open was not considered in framing design. Over half the cabinet doors will bang into a wall without fully opening. Not enough space was allowed to open fully. The worst is on our french door refrigerator one door can only be opened to just under 90 degrees. Since closing, working with the service department to get the minor things fixed has been challenging. For example, today a person was scheduled to come fix some of the issues. No time was provided. I have been at the house all day waiting. No one showed up. I called to check. Was told person would be here in an hour. That was 3 hours ago. This is our 3rd new Pulte house purchased over the past 40 years. Pulte still provides good value, however, it appears some quality has been sacrificed to keep the price down. ... Más

Some of the issues that didn't quite meet my expectations, no doorbell camera and chime button placed on the left instead of the front, no z-wave compatible thermostats, HVAC component already discontinued, lots of paint/glue stains all over the floor, lack of options for the Internet service...

Our sales lady, Victoria, was awesome. Took 15 1/2 months for completion. That wasn’t good. Once we started working closely with project Mgr., Keith, things started moving. Keith was awesome,

From the very beginning of the process, and still ongoing 2 months after closing, the Pulte team has been only a phone call away. The team has offered and provided support at every turn. Even prior to closing I was receiving updates, checklists and contact rosters for any contingency. When I have had to reach out for answers or problem solving I have received a response within hours or just a few days. The Pulte team has gone way over expectations in providing me with the channels and contacts to solve any issue. These contacts are not just departments or 800 numbers, they are specific NAMES of people who solve particular problems. I certainly don’t feel like I have been abandoned after the sale. Pulte team is very responsive right from sales, construction and support after closing

I had very good experience buying my first home from Pulte. The team itself is very understanding and very responsive. Andre has been great in getting a very good deal and always understanding and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. John mainly has been excellent in getting the house ready in time and responding to any questions I have or issues I see while construction

Great prep in preparing unit for closing. All closing contacts excellent.

Great experience with sales agent and construction manager. They really care for customers. Thanks Pulte. Other hand, Pulte mortgage needs to improve their customer service.

I have not lived full time in the unit, but everything seems fine. One issue with a ceiling light box for a light. No power to box. Hopefully it will ge resolved

To be honest, I exected more issuses to come up with our new home. I'm happy to say only minor things have happended so far. All of which, were handled swiftly. Nothing man made is perfect, but should be repaired without issue and we have found that with our new Pulte Home.

I was very pleased with our sales and project managers’ communication throughout the process. They were responsive and quick to help with any question or issue that came up. They also kept us in the loop if there were any milestones or changes. Loved working with them!

The amount paid for the house is compatible with the quality of the materials, location and community. We are satisfied with the house and support of team at Pulte Homes, despite the delay in solving some problems we had when we moved to the new house. Evan is very helpful.

The construction manager was very responsive to problems that arose during the final phase of construction.

The close date got moved back significantly (2 months). Once in the house the quality was great and it came out very nice. There have been some minor issues we've experienced since moving in, but Pulte is quick to send someone out to get them fixed.

Good response team, courteous and friendly

Construction Manager was great. The workmanship is ok. In a year I’ll know more.

We never felt like one in the plenty. From sales to delivery each person was very personable yet professional.
