Overall, we love our new home! However, the process of getting there was stressful one. There were four different construction managers assigned to our neighborhood throughout our build process. Karl transitioned out partway through, but he was great while he was here! Ken is very friendly to work with, but wasn’t great about responding to communication or getting much real work done. Liam seemed competent although not particularly friendly. We felt a bit rushed at our final walk-through. We gave the team over a week to get some final punch items complete, and the night before closing nothing had even been started. Our sales manager, Chris was very responsive and helped us keep the construction managers accountable. However, we were frustrated by some of the information we were told at contract signing that changed along the way. We always expected the timeline would be delayed from what we were quoted, but we did not expect it to take a full 40% longer than anticipated. If you look closely, there are quite a few uneven things in the home. But if you look past that, it’s a beautiful home, and we’re excited to be here. ... Más

Buying process was smooth. However, after receiving keys it has been very hard to get a hold of construction manager and I’m still waiting on services to be complete

Overall experience was quite good - really appreciated and trusted our project manager through the process. Pulte had a big push to close homes before the end of December resulting in a rush by a number of contractors, not having sufficient time for appliances and only one day between walk through and closing so some paint touch ups were missed and the tape is still on the wall. On site Team has been wonderful and very responsive, contacting Pulte for follow up on an electrical issue required multiple follow ups from our end to get the issue resolved, but again, on-site Team was terrific.

Overall good extra experience. On time completed.

Builder, sales and closing team are great. Home quality is good. Pulte home pricing is on high end when compared to other builders.

We are enjoying our new townhouse. It is lacking storage space, but we’ll make the most of it by putting in our own shelving in time. We felt the closing was rushed even though many things in the house that were not ready. The floors seem to have lots of remnants of paint, glue etc. which should have been cleaned up prior to closing. The carpet on the steps also has some raised nails that are not fully hammered into the floor which has resulted in some painful moments as we discovered them. Other than that, our wish is that there was some more green space left in the community, a bigger pool, and that the second exit which we had initially been promised by our sales agent, now apparently only for emergency vehicles, would have been a reality. We got our keys on the 29th of December. Happy so far. We have found some small issues which we were told we would. Going through the warranty portion now. The salesperson was definitely the best thing so far. He was great from beginning to end. Thanks to everyone.

I was visiting the sales office for a long scheduled appointment. My presence was totally expected at that time. Pulte Management decided that this would also be a good time to terminate the sales rep I was working with. This individual was understandably very upset and told me that my complaints about his performance caused him to lose his job. Whether that was true or not, it wasn't, he should not have been terminated at a sales office with customers present. I still have PTSD about it, seriously. He has a wife and small child to support.

During the home buying process, as an attorney who handles real estate transactions, the process was a bit unconventional as there were no attorneys handling the deal, but the process went smoothly overall. However, our window is cracked and we are missing a screen and there has been no response from Pulte. We have a baby on the way and we have not received any communication on when this window will be fixed or even acknowledgement of our window issue.

The home is very nice, lots of little short cuts taken though. For the cost of the home I had higher expectations.

From start to finish, there was miscommunication, incompetency, incomplete information from Pulte. They said they would fix things and do things properly, and this was not the case. Within all the Pulte departments, there was poor communication where we showed up to close and we couldn’t even finish closing as Pulte was waiting to hear back from someone about something needing fixed….which Pulte builder construction manager was well aware of needing fixed in advance- and due to them doing things last minute and rushing, we had to sit and wait at Pulte offices to be able to finish closing. They didn’t have the proper information ready at purchase so we were told our home would come with certain things, then come to find out it would all be extra charges. We recently purchases a Pulte home and overall it was a good experience. However we would advise new buyers to be very vigilant while doing your walk through. Some of the issues we identified were addressed and there were some we missed until we lived here for a few days. There was a lack of proper clean up on counter tops that were left with sticky residue. Paint drops on new hardwood floors. Stains on new tile floors.Hand rail on basement stairs not properly attached. Garage door doesnt stay closed unless deadbolt is attached. The construction is about average

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was great experience to watch the house from dust to finished. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Overall was fine How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? About this part was kinda disappointed . First, when they start to build the inside of house . There is a lot of broken wood that they use did not replace after I sent the picture to the builder team . Then there’s should be a hole for air intake for AC unit. Builder team was totally forget about it before I found out the issue. Last thing I was so confused about is the drop ceiling of the master bedroom. I didn’t see the blueprint. But by the common sense, and I’ve seen some other houses. it should be higher ceiling. This is the first drop ceiling that they built to made a ceiling lower. I don’t know if it’s they just forget about that same as they forget about the hole for AC . The build “drop ceiling” afterward. because I saw it was cut and add upside down to a finished ceiling. Other than that. Joe is the best to help us makes the house look better and better! Thank you! What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? This is not first house that we got from Pulte Home. Still going to recommended to friends just need to check blueprints and pay close attention to the material they use and how they build. We have submitted several repair requests with only one repair

Completion was not what I was looking for in some areas. Was told to many times about warranty after issues addressed before closing. Would suggest not to close until your house has been inspected by your own source because it’s cost me. Cleaning was not up to par at all.

Overall, a decent experience. Great during buying process, but too many punch list issues open at closing, and still issues open a month later. For the price paid, it would be nice if there was heightened responsiveness.

I thought that the decision making process was too quick and pushy. Then I dont think there was an adequate follow up to the various conditions of the house. Yes, I think the house is in pretty solid shape but I did not love the experience.

Buying a new build can be scary but this process was very smooth. Our home was completed on time as promised and we had a wonderful team with Monica in sales and Kevin as our project manager. They made us feel comfortable and confident the entire process. The home is lovely and we've had no issues other than a minor plumbing issue on day one that was not followed up on (hence the 3 star) but overall it was a wonderful experience. If I ever buy/sell/move again I would very much consider a Pulte home. Thank you!

Pulte is a quality builder but he’s only as good as the Sub Contractors he hires. Workmanship could have been better but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.
