The overall experience was ok, just we had some issues with the trees and garden and It is taking so long to repair. Other than that the house is great. I love it.

Overall we are mostly satisfied with the house. However, we felt like it was rushed as we approached escrow time. The process does take a long time but laying sod the day our escrow closed wasn't appealing. The wood for the backyard fence needed replacing in some parts. QAQC missed some rotting planks, but the warranty team was quick to repair that. Why couldn't the wood be treated/waterproofed as we have a part of the fence that is bending and nails that no longer play a part- especially if you're dropping over $540K. There are lumps under the carpet and some might even be a screw or nail. There are some nails that are sticking up from the carpet under the stairs that have needed to be hammered down as well. Overall good relatively smooth closing experience, except for interaction and unjustified charge imposed by Pulte sales manager Jeff B and covered up by his immediate superiors. If not for this, experience would have been terrific. Otherwise Pulte homes are well built and various Pulte team members supported our closing in near record time.

During the construction process the response was impecable, the construction manager answered very fast, and was always available. Now we have the house with AC problems in the two bedrooms of the first level, the response was 5 days later and arrived to the house without notice, and we were not on site, so we lose the opportunity to get it fixed, and still is not repaired. Also the sprinkler system is not working in automatic, even configured, so I have to use it manually by opening the exterior valve. The backyard grass was replaced twice, and the sprinklers are buried, not working properly. ... Más

The sales person and project manager were both professional and responsive to my concerns with fair resolutions

large disconnect between builder and HOA. Still no-one can tell me who is responsible for providing the HOA with a listing of new residents so we can make sure we receive latest info, i.e. gate closures, operation of access cards, guests requirements when gates are closed, names of residents in the access directory, etc. Initially Jonah was spot on with responsiveness to our questions and problem solving. currently he has been non-responsive.

I want to ensure I rate this correctly. It may be due to the Construction Manager specifically at our location, the experience was not at all pleasant. First of all the sales agent was very pleasant till we signed and offered the initial.offer but then at later dates was not helpful at all. The construction manager was over committing and not delivering. The higher ups in Pulte were really good, very responsive, communicative, jumped right into our problem and resolved it. The closing title people were great. Like I said, it may be specific to our location..

Buying experience was ok good communication initially. Once the build process started only two opportunities to see the build process pre drywall and final walkthrough. On final walkthrough about a dozen minor issues. Home inspector said the AC wasn’t working, sump pump was the cheapest quality you can purchase. Most issues were fixed prior to closing found on the final walkthrough. Closing process with Pulte was horrible they delayed closing by 5 days everything is on their timeline.

Good Experience with Pulte Builder and Mortgage

Delivered on time. Everyone we worked with was helpful and responsive. No major issues but a few workmanship misses. Generally satisfied.

I am enjoying with new home however the formation of landscape in backyard is very poor and didn’t farmed well. Other observations, some Of observations not fixed when identified through first and final walkthroughs

Our sales rep was wonderful! Our project manager was great. Everything else is average at best. Paid a premium but don't feel like we got what we paid for. Pulte also goes for the cheapest things possible to keep their profit margins high. Would not recommend as my #1 choice

We are pleased with the quality of home and reasonable pricing.

The top 4 got good review but the last one which it was customer service did not customer service service were not reliable they have to get their act together thank you

Have been in my new home about 5 weeks now and feel I made an excellent decision to buy a Pulte home in Trillium Farm. While we still have some minor issues to iron out all seems to be going quite well.

Sales rep and construction managers were great with communication. Finance in CO not so much (multiple handoffs, missed call, unanswered questions but no show stoppers). After closing customer care could be more responsive and and verify unconfirmed appointments. Overall very happy with process and product.

I am currently waiting for someone to come and do touch ups.

Home is in good shape so far with only a few issues identified. Service Manager responds to service requests quickly. Construction manager was able to answer all questions during building process. Sales manager was not responding to emails and phone calls sent during home construction and was not very helpful. Overall we love the home plan we have selected and plan to utilize most of the space.

The quality of workmanship and materials was surprisingly spotty especially at this price level. However, the responsiveness to correct errors has been encouraging and merits a higher rating. Trustworthiness could achieve the highest rating if all issues are satisfactorily resolved.

We recently bought a home in north cove by Pulte, it was a nice experience since booking, they are on schedule till pre-walk, but could have been better. Our first construction manager used to send videos of the weekly progress so that was very nice, but it didn’t happen after construction manager changed. We were invited for a pre-walk very early (before actually 99% complete), when we started with private inspection it was 70% completed and when we came it was 85% complete, so we had to postpone closing couple of times due to pending items.

The contractors that Pulte has access to are just not that good. There were many things that had to be recompleted correctly. My superintendent was very good! He was able to get projects recompleted correctly. Some timely and some not so timely.

I did not like the bidding process to buying a home.

Good deal for the overall homeowner in terms of plot to build construction experience. Not great in terms of pressing communication channels, we had a tough time getting mortgage setup and that was a very stressful and bad experience as we were constantly being asked zillions of unnecessary paperwork which wasn’t really needed to prove intention of mortgage purchase. But overall credits were given towards closing which was much appreciated.

Where to start? The home design and location is amazing. Quality has suffered and I keep getting the excuse that getting good people is difficult. No it is Not!! If you reward good workmanship and quality and likewise punish and reject poor quality and workmanship you will get positive results. You also harbor a sence of not my fault, where is ownership and a sence of pride in your community? I came into the community with high expectations. The home is very nice from a design and estphetic perspective. There are still paint and stain drips all over. The floor in the bathroom, upstairs and down. They had to replace a cement patio that somehow was broken and I had to insist and beg for an obvios issue. This was before I closed on the home. My foundation was so bad esthetically, I can say that now, I seriously thought the house would fall.over. Only after engineers and the Mason company assured me it was safe and just esthetically appalling. I could go on and on. The property is small in comparison but I new that before I purchased. It just gets me that a Company like Pulte would even offer homes with these issues not addressed before hand is sobering. Pretty house but no hot watee upon movein. Rob blocked my calls. I moved in on a Friday and I could not get anyone to address my issues until Monday. Its not an EMERGENCY??
