The experience was pleasant. There was some issues but were able to work thru them.

Communication is vital to a successful build relationship. Ask for weekly status updates while making sure you are clear (before starting the process) on what your expectations are.

I am very happy with my purchase of a Pulte home. The sales rep & construction managers were great to work dueing the process.

Happy with our new home, just normal punch list items which are being resolved quickly. Only complaint I would have is the looooooonnngg build process.

Nice home - but amazing how many things we thought should be standard (our Florida buying experience) were upgrades with Pulte. Because of this, we were not able to get the quality of house we previously constructed three years ago in Florida.

Very responsive customer service from all pulte representatives! Build quality is solid, but there are some things that could have been cleaner. No issues impacting anything other than looks.

Our overall experience, while challenging at times was very good. Towards the end of the process, we had a few hiccups, but we trusted and continue to trust Harrison to make good on the fninshed product

Great house nice community

Sometimes simple is great. We purchased a townhouse and didn't have too many criteria so Pulte was a perfect fit. Diandra and Madison were wonderful to work with. The design and selection process was effortless thanks to both of them! We bought at a time where supply was a common issue but Dustin ensured everything was built to expectation and in some cases exceeded.

I am pleased with the quality of my home and all that care and attention to detail was utilized throughout the whole homebuilding process.

The overall experience was good. We were able to monitor the process frequently and were provided information and updates about the status from the construction manager. The closing date was 3-4 weeks later than the estimated, however. The condition of the house is good and any issues are being dealt by the builder

Overall experience is great, price is too high. I have great communication with construction managers. They are very responsive. Love the layout but the workmanship is mediocre but everything is fixed upon request.

The staff that we encountered were amongst the best however, there were a few issues. Closed on the home two months after the projected closing date during the time of contract signing, putting my family in an uncomfortable position without compensation. Múltiple work orders needed within the first week of closing on the home. Still awaiting replacement of a damaged cabinet during installation. Other than these minor issues, very good experience.

Pulte helped us create our dream home when we kept looking at houses others had lived in we had given up hope on finding anything that we would even remotely like. Then we had a consultation with Pulte and were amazed at what they offered and what they could do for us to give us our dream home!

Sales team was good and kept me informed on every progress Walkthrough team was great, they helped identify all changes needed. walked me through the warranty details and other important information. overall the team was very helpful and flexible to accommodate the needs.

Finish trades not impressive. CM was very helpful and did his best to address all the issues we had but the trades are slow to respond. Drywall dust on wire racks in closet got everything dirty that we put on it (should've been wiped down). Grouting was terrible with pocket wholes in grout. Overall sloppy job on grouting. Laid five tiles with cracks in it. Overall good experience with the whole process just finish work wasn't the best but they do come and fix the issues if you report them.

The Pulte people were fantastic. This is the 4th home that I have built over my lifetime of 64 years, and this may have been my best experience up front. Compared to my other homes though, the workmanship has been more problematic, but the issues are really only slight things. I hesitate to say anything, because of the smallness, but this is the highest cost and nicest home compared to my others, but came with more problems. I am speaking of things like electrical outlets not working and heating vents that do not operate, and lots of paint left on the floors. I wonder why they didn't test when installed and cleaned up better, but I chalk it up to too few people to maintain standards (shortage of workers). I can understand that, so I would say that I am content. The landscaping is not well at all, so I wish that I would have had a contact for help or discussion. Still overall, the people and their efforts on my behalf greatly outweigh the negative stuff, and I am very pleased. ... Más

Maquire and Daniel did a great job with orientation via video call. They were both very professional and considerate about other’s problems. Maquire also went above and beyond. The day we moved in was the day of Hurricane Ian. She bought water and batteries for us. She made sure that we we’re safe. She’s is an angel. Daniel came by and checked on us and made sure everything is okay at home as well.

We knew during this uncertain time of the pandemic that it would take a while to build a new home, and we were right, but the team at the Preserve in SR was second to none! From Karla getting us in the model and location we wanted to Shane ensuring our home is perfect, they have been a great team to work with. There were hiccup’s along the way but we are finally in our home and loving it!! Thanks Pulte!
