Everything was done good. The only reason why it wasn’t great was because of the time delay of the construction, ww had to wait a whole year for the project to be finished.

All things considered - just have been a month in The house. So far without any big issue. Most of issues are cosmetic due to sloppy/job in a hurry work. Pulte employees are polite, mean well, but unfortunately at times unhelpful. Overpromise and underdeliver. Quality of materials seem good. Problem is sloppy work due to how fast they build and little attention to detail. Or quick fixes that don’t solve the problem. Overall good materials, good houses, little attention to detail.

The closing went smooth. There was things still needed to be done in the house after closing. I will say the project manager was good at keeping us informed on the process.

House met our expectations except for baseboard work (corner transition work was poor) and painting (splatter/overspray on wood floors

Check over everything closely. The contractors do average work and will try and hide their mistakes.

I loved the walk through of the model home we chose. Pulte tried their best to answer all my questions and payment options based on our income. I moved in and there are still many fixes needed. It is taking longer then necessary for anyone to finish.

In the end, forced for taking the closing on the same day when city inspection happened. Even the sales team put a fine; not sure why. Minor issues were not resolved despite my reminders. Pulte should improve the process for Closing day after the home completion. Third party home inspector was not given an exact home completion day; he came thrice. Pulte internal Quality process - BTQ- not sure when they did after completion.

They were able to finish the home ahead of time and surprised us.

All in all this experience I was looking forward to share from start to finish with my family. It was great and although very stressful at times I do have to say that this is a quality home. However my finally walk through we outlined a few things of which never got closure too yet and hope that they do. For instance the cabinets, contractor tried to fix a door hinge with a sliver of wood and it is causing more damage, same contractor and fridge still doesn’t fit due to adjacent wall not plumb, I advised no more bandaids. No shower curtain rod for one bathroom. Fridge cabinet area off cannot fit fridge in. Bathroom area missing shower curtain Rod in one Kitchen cabinet hinge that was loose never fixed and has now come off, we cannot open in the event that it will cause further harm. Light switch in owners closet was marked for repair, have to press it hard for it to turn on. Bathroom door closer to road is still not closing right as it is rubbing Halo paint in bedrooms The outside wave trim in one long section is different than the entire home. Overall the experience was good. The end and closing was not ideal. We have several outstanding issues that still need addressed. The craftmanship of work is just ok. Mostly minor things, but when you build a brand new home, you should expect perfection. Most things are being made right, but to have this happen at the end, it less than ideal. We do love our home and are getting settled in, we just wish these things were attended to better.

Our sales associate Nicole was great! Steve the construction manager was great as well. The overall construction and materials used were great, i was impressed with all of the extra steps taken to build a great house. We were delayed 3 times on our closing which was frustrating and the the end result is good but not great. All cosmetic issues really just the finished product for trim and tile specifically seemed rushed through and it did not get a good clean up by the trades. We have been in almost 2 months now and our issues from day one still haven’t been address our point of contact was Megean and other than her introductory email she has not responded to our issues or work orders. We just reached out to Jenna last week and she had appointments scheduled to fix our issues that same day. She has been great and I feel like our issues are finally going to get fixed. This is our 2nd Pulte build, our first one was a much smoother process for sure but overall we love the house and would build with Pulte again. ... Más

we moved in in dec22 and we were very excited to move into our first new home. after some back and forth with the site manager john/lori they said they couldn’t finish our house prior to closing. thus we had an agreement that all pending work would be completed after we came back from our vacation prior to christmas. needless to say it is now feb and we still have things that need repair / replacing. it seems the builder team was spread too thin at the end of the year and we were at the losing end of it. i am currently working with the site manager at hidden oaks to fix our issues but we are not pleased with the results. also our neighbor had a sewer clog and backup into his 1st floor. shoddy work most likely because they had to rush during the holiday season. it’s too bad because we heard pulte was a good company but now we have some regrets. i’m trying hard not to be angry in this post but i feel we have been more than patient with the builder team. we have photos to prove the work was incomplete. be careful. ... Expected better workmanship from Pulte.

My experience with buying the home was great. I am disappointed in the fact that I was told that everything on the punch list would be resolved before closing. It was not. After closing was told to go through the home warranty. During the move process, found more structural issues...part of the floor in the upstairs bedroom is missing but was carpeted over to conceal, snow blowing in through the walls. Overall, I'm very happy with the home.

Warranty work is addressed quickly

Overall, we had a great experience working with our sales rep and construction team. The only downside was that since we purchased our home before the model home was built or any specs, you don't always know what you are getting. The master bedroom, master bath and closet are smaller than it should be!

We moved in over two months ago and are still waiting on things to be fixed that were on the celebration walkthrough list. We have to continue to follow up

We had a good experience with the construction manager, Joe, and are overall very happy with our home. There were certain details that were missed (e.g. lots of wood shavings and sharp nails sticking out inside kitchen cabinets, drywall wasn't repaired in the garage as promised) and hearing back from the warranty team has been a challenge. They have many projects they're trying to catch up with but we wish they'd prioritize a bit differently.

Craig was a super responsive and helpful builder. Through the process he was very respectful and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure or questions were answered. Even after closing he has helped us with a handful of questions we have had since becoming home owners.

Home was built with reasonable quality that one would expect from a national builder. Pulte has been very responsive addressing minor issues. Tim, the construction supervisor was very helpful during the build process.

There are so mony great things I can say about the whole process of building and closing on my new home, but I have to say that I have had issues with it being cold in my lower level that are still not resolved after having been in my corner unit for over 7 weeks. Folks - I really dislike leaving bad feedback but, when I say my lower level is cold, I mean it was 45 degrees on that floor with ice coming out of the wall socket, all around the windows and even on my wall. When I would hold a candle up to the socket and window, it would blow out. I have had a really difficult time getting someone out to help and have done everything I can to mitigate the cold myself, but it hasn't really helped. After talking to several people and making multiple phone calls, someone came out about two weeks ago to do an infrared scan of the area. What they found was significant cold coming from the socket and the window on the side of my corner unit. The gentleman said that someone forgot to put insulation around the socket. He ended up filling it with expandable insulation but said he couldn't do anything about the windows. The IR scan, he said, would be sent off to another team and they would call me in about 1-2 business days. A week later, I heard nothing. I started making phone calls again to try and figure out who was supposed to take care of the issue. I was able to contact someone who said that the socket guy did not let anyone know that the windows needed to be fixed and I would get a call from that team in 1-2 business days. Again, another week later, I heard nothing. I called and left a message saying that I never received a call, my lower level is UNLIVEABLE and living like this is unacceptable (it HAS warmed up to 55 degrees though)! I did receive a call back today and was told someone will be coming to look at it tomorrow. I am HOPING this will resolve it, but based on how it has been going, I'm not very confident. ... Más

Rushed into closing when construction manager was not even aware. Very disappointing.

We were ecstatic to close and move into our new home! The salesperson Dave I. was amazing. Everything seemed good, until we noticed a crack in one of the living room windows, then sockets in the basement weren’t working within the first 2 weeks. Warranty came out to review the issues, and will get back to us soon. The most disappointing event that has occurred, is the furnace/humidifier is already leaking, and a hot water pipe from the dishwasher has caused water to leak onto our treadmills in the basement. This is less than 2 months after closing. Building materials are nice, but based on our experience so far, attention to detail in workmanship has clearly been sacrificed for the sake of speed. ... The home turned out pretty good. There are still issues that I am waiting for a response from Pulte to take care of.
