I am pleased with my newly built home, overall. Dan (construction manager) was very responsive to my questions and concerns and Devin (sales representative) was quick to inform me of any changes due to material or appliance shortages. However, there were several cosmetic issues in the finishing stage of the building process. These include paint marks and drops on walls, paint over spraying around window frames, chipped baseboards. While Dan addressed most of these prior to closing, a lot of it could have been avoided if construction crew would have been more careful when handling these. I would recommend and consider building with Pulte again, especially with Dan as the construction manager. ... Más

Overall, the construction manager made the process easy and was very attentive.

Our only gripe with Pulte was with the morning rtgage division. The building of our home has been amazing though. Even with the issues, they have been very responsive and quick to get them fixed.

It was tough getting one of these homes, but honestly the home is complete now and I am really happy with it which is what’s most important.

Given the current housing market, the price per SF for the house we bought is a bargain, esp in this community of young parents. The finishing, designs and colour schemes are simple but elegant. The building project managers and sales rep were always available to answer questions we had during the building process. Pulte has found us a home in a neighbourhood that exceeds all our needs. Looking forward to raising my children in this community for the foreseeable future.

We are so happy we moved here. The unit we bought is well and beautifully built.

I would say i had a moderate experience. Quality of home is good. Almost it took 15months to deliver the home. I had a bitter experience in my old apartment to extend the existing lease without knowing when this new home will be delivered. Had a good support from Pulte Mortgage and PGP title.

Overall, we are happy with our experience of having a house built by Pulte. We are moved in completely and we love our new home. Thanks to our construction managers, Shaun, Derek and Andrew for their professionalism and willingness to take the time to answer our questions during the build process.

This is the second Pulte home we’ve build. The first was in 2019 and had a wonderful experience which is why we didn’t hesitate to build another one. I know 2021/2022 is a different environment with supply chain issues and labor shortages but this was definitely a different experience. We decided to have a phase home inspector that was part of the process from grading to finishing touches and would highly recommend all new home builders do the same. Structurally, our house of great. everything got done and we were able to close on time. Our main issue is with the smaller, finishing details. For the price we paid for this home, it should be pretty close to perfect. For example, the grout and sealant for different tile work is messy and peeling, something where if they had just taken the time to do it right and cleaned up after themselves it wouldn’t be an issue. The majority of the trim around doors was not properly sanded down and there are obvious saw marks where it meets the floor. And the painting crew didn’t take the time to remove light switch and outlet covers and every single one has a ridiculous amount of paint all around. There are other things as well but those are the most annoying ones at the moment. Overall, we love our home and we know structural there are not any problems. I just wish they would have taken the necessary time to do the remaining detail work first the right time. Especially since those are the things that homeowners are going to see every day. It doesn’t matter how great the rest of the work is, it really is all in the details. So instead, I get to submit service requests and have to take time off work to be here to make sure it’s done correctly. ... Más

The process was smooth, there are always issues, but the Pulte team addressed them very professionally. Closing was difficult but not necessarily Pulte's problem. However, as the professional builder, I would have appreciated their assistance in helping negotiate thought issues, but that is above and beyond.

We are so thrilled with the finished product of our new Pulte Home. We went with the Allison Floor Plan which is perfect for our family. It was a bumpy road getting through construction but now that we are in, the product is beautiful and we are so thrilled with the home and our neighborhood!

Alex our Sales agent and Jeff our builder were awesome…Kenzie our mortgage rep was terrible and insulting …we had to escalate to her boss Dan to file a complaint and complete the mortgage transaction

Great home at an ideal location although building home had taken much longer than what's listed on the contract. However, it's definitely worth the waiting as I'm thoroughly enjoying living in it. There are some minor issues since moved in, but it's been addressed in a timely manner. Overall, my experience has been positive.

Alison, sales person and Tyler, walk thru person were both extremely helpful! They always followed thru with anything we discussed.

Good Homes in good Schooling districts. Good community.

Overall, a solid experience. I would not recommend Pulte Mortgage, but the build went well. Ryan was a good construction manager. There are small aesthetic issues that are somewhat annoying, but I have confidence Pulte will fix these throughout the first year of ownership.

All of the Pulte people were very nice.

Britta was great on the front end patiently going through many options on many models. Matt and Meagan were very professional and responsive as we neared the end of the build. Pulte is slow to address service requests after closing.

Coming from a fully custom built home to this is definitely a shift in mindset. The finishes and options are okay but not great, the quality of everything is slightly above builder grade, looks good, feels a lot less substantial to the touch. Warranty though is great and the teams are very responsive, which I will say is an upgrade from our last build, where that process was a lot clunkier. We also ended up with a spec home, so a lot of things were already chosen on our behalf that are/were not ideal for us (i.e. stair tread color completely different than the main floor color (light main level floor, darkest stain possible on the stairs and railings). A little delay in delivery, which i understand due to the supply and demand issues.

Overall we had a good experience buying through Pulte. The value and quality of the home per square footage was much better than other similar builders, such as Perry and Highland. But sometimes there was sloppiness in the details of the home (painting the garage), but overall I am very pleased. This was my second Pulte home, and I would buy through them again.
