In this crazy time with supply issues and home prices continuing to rise, we feel we got a great house in a new community. I think building with this builder, although we knew supply issues were a concern, they were able to keep the construction going and delays were minimal. Happy with the process. Erick our project manager answered all our questions and listened to our concerns.

While the Pulte sales and the Pulte title groups were exceptionally good, the finish quality and the HVAC work in the home was sub-par and in some cases incomplete. Calls for warranty work were also sub-par.

Overall the experience was a good one. From the moment we met our sales consultant to the very end at closing, everyone maintained a professional and courteous attitude. We chose to finance with Pulte mortgage and besides some minor communication issues everything went well. The closing was smooth and much better than I was expecting. There have been some issues with the quality and workmanship of the home. Seems like they were really trying to get the house complete and sold and some things were missed. Since closing I've had to submit at least 4 warranty claims, but to their credit, all warranty claims have been taken care of very promptly and professionally. their field manager is super friendly and try to offer help for everything they know. However, the sales promised to refund $500 for replacement of microwave, however, the house closed more than 3 mont, still not receive it, asked couple of times to their sales, either no response or no helpful information.

Painting was not done properly don’t look like s as new house Stones on the fire place falling apart Electric outlets not working Concrete pavement infront of the house not done properly I was told at closing that pressure wash will be done and they would clean all the leaves accumulated in the back, it was never done I had to do it myself by spending $500

We absolutely love our home, but there a still a few issues that still have to be fixed.

We were okay with the process until the long brick delay. We got told the same thing every time, the brick is delayed. We are pushing back close a week, finally when I spoke up that I was displeased it seemed to light a fire under them and a couple weeks later we got some progress. Also, when we did our final walk through we had several things that were not corrected and several items new that we found. We were basically told if this list keeps going we wouldn't close.

overall the whole process is good. However, some issues which were not solved before closing still remain unsolved although I contacted them several times.

Good experience overall. However, Pulte doesn't offer customization. It would be nice if 1% to 2% of the budget was for personal customizations especially for older people. In the noise of building there were too many lapses on their part of what we wanted. Their response usually was that "is was not in the contract", well yes, if Pulte didn't write it down and put it in the contract. But overall the workmanship is good, layout is good, and response from company is good.

Pulte was overall very good to work with and produce a reliable home. Our field manager was great and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

No prewarning about building process style. Lack of room for negotiation. Everything is a one way decision by builder. Limited material selection. Everything is an expensive upgrade. Customer service after moved in is slow. If I had more warning up front, might have approached building differently

I believe, given the state of the housing market, and the supply chain issues, it weakened Pulte’s ability to provide the product and quality home that we were expecting. It has been and still is a challenge to get a good quality finished, and completed home.

Monitor your house as it is being built. Subcontractors seem to have no pride at least in the work they did on my house. The builder manager did make it right to make sure things were fixed. Do not build during COVID and while supplies are low.

House it self is good but when I close house was messy. Finishing part is not satisfying me. Painting is not finished and rough, crown molding scratched all over. In master Bath, stain is all over on the floor tile. It seems like selling unfinished home

The process of buying was relatively easy. I was worried that they would cut corners and for the most part, it has been good. My only issue is when there were things that were concerning or needed to be touched up, the ticket would take days to get a response and a week or more to get resolved.

We like our new home, but the quality and attention to detail in finish is definitely lacking.

Overall great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. A few minor flaws in caulking/painting/etc, but overall good quality.

I had a very good experience. From first day to closing, I was happy with the buying process. Our Sales Representative and Field Manager were very thorough at explaining things and responsive to all our queries.

Build is good. But long time to complete.

Ensuring that items that needed to be addressed in a timely manner did not happen. Had to keep following up myself instead of them just taking care if the few issues there were.

The building team is responsive and trustworthy.
