The building team is responsive and trustworthy.

Our build happened during the COVI-19 pandemic. There were a lot of set backs during the build and our construction manager was great at handling each one and helping us through the process.

I like this builder but my house was rushed to close before it was ready. There are so many mistakes that I'm having to wait around to address. They shouldn't have closed me in December and still things in Feb aren't completed. They put a different brand oven in and the fan doesn't work. I hope it gets fixed!

They work fine, that is only small details which easily they can fix.

This home delivery experience was not good. The project manager was in a rush to change his job and he did not care about the situation of the property at the time of closing. So, we need to deal with the warranty teams to fix what was not ready at time of closing.

The overall experience was nice. We still have a couple things needs to be fixed /updated and our closing day was 2 months ago.

Take a longtime for them to do repairs and respond to emails.

After I closed on the house there were many issues. My customer care manager, Ralph has been wonderful. Unfortunately, most of the materials and the the quality of work is subpar. There's still more than a dozen of issues still needs to be addressed. I would love to speak with 1 or more of your executives of the headaches and inconvenience this caused me and my family. Sales team was very helpful during initial contact but pushy and sometimes misleading at times up until closing. The design process was quick and easy and the women at the design center were extremely helpful. Building was delayed due to weather and pandemic shortages but overall an easy experience with good communication. Thus workmanship was good quality for the price but not completely finished. Attention to detail was definitely missed. Pulte made it impossible to use an outside lender but were not forthcoming about that until just before closing. Once we started the process with Pulte Mortgage they were very helpful and were able to help us with a smooth process at the last minute. The closing process was very easy and title company made it possible to do most of it online before the actual closing appointment. Make sure you inspect everything carefully and take your time at your final walk-through before closing. Overall, despite some bumps in the process we would recommend buying a Pulte built home. ... Overall good experience. Issues acknowledged in timely manner, although resolutions have been slow.

Pulte Homes has been attentive to my needs, responsive, and they work to deliver.

Overall quality of the product is good but attention to details before close is very poor. Many issues would have been avoided if tradesmen and proj manager had performed final quality inspection. IE appliances installed but no power to them, lots of paint splatters on tile floor, no garage door opener etc. Easy items to resolve if final inspection actually performed. Lack of transparency on when we will receive appliances that were contracted is infuriating. Not asking for Pulte to improve supply chain, just tell us what you know instead of "we have no information" ... and neighbor waiting over 7 months for appliances. ... Más

In all fairness, we had a concern which was to have possession of the keys by a certain date, Pulte tried its best to relatively get the keys in our hands though not exactly the date expected but close. I expected Pulte to be more responsive to complaints that are being discovered after closing, it's actually a disappointment for me at the moment. I expected better quality work than what was delivered, being an experienced individual myself in the field of construction. Everyone was very helpful through the entire process. I would not recommend the upgrade to the cabinets- they are substandard and not worth the price. Not what we expected for sure.

Like the condo overall. Glitches took awhile to resolve when we first move in.

I had previously lived in a Pulte Condo which I truly thought was a 5 rating - all I needed or wanted. This second time around - I would rate it inferior to what I enjoyed the first time. Realizing that the times now are different with great help hard to find in different areas, some of what I experienced could be understandable - but not all.

Your experience through out the home buying experience are directly tied in to who is your sales person and manager. Tyler and David are truly professionals.

We do love our home, but since moving in we have noticed numerous examples of poor workmanship. We have found drywall with tape over holes and painted/textured over. Chips in our 30k tile floor, debris on windows. We have been patiently waiting for replacement cabinet doors on a few that were scuffed/damaged or not stained properly. We have been patiently waiting for the refrigerator we have ordered. Paint missing on the exterior in a few places. Overall- the purchase/design/finance and construction of our home was good- delays aside which appeared normal given the current market. But to walk into a home, not completely finished or cleaned was a little upsetting considering the additional wait for close. We understand the market being hectic and continue to be as patient and positive as we can, but with so many small issues or obvious coverups of drywall, Mis- alignment of ceiling rafters just being dry walled over.. it is hard to not be disappointed. ... Woodbury is an amazing neighborhood. My wife and I fell in love immediately. We love our new lot and are beautiful new home. When you are dealing a trac builder, you have to understand what you are paying for. Pulte did a great job managing the build and hitting their timelines. Some of the craftmanship isnt the best but overall a great home. We love it.

Good quality home though finishing touches need improvement. Sloppy paintwork, and grouting in places. For the size and location of the home, I consider the home good value though I wish the price included a few major ticket items (e.g. refrigerator, washer/dryer, finished garage walls).

When purchasing a new home, Pulte was at the top of the list due to competitive pricing and variety of models. I graded 3/5 stars for the quality of the home since we closed on a home that was not fully completed (missing tile installations, grout not fully completed, dishwasher not properly installed) and 3/5 for responsiveness to issues because it took a month before Pulte scheduled workers to fix these outstanding issues. We closed on the home at year end hoping Pulte would be able to fix all these things quickly, but it has taken time to get workers scheduled to do these items (almost a month later). For the majority of the work, it is good quality. It all depends on the local contractors that are being hired to do the work. Our 3rd party inspector said Pulte did a solid B rating for our home during the predrywall inspection (it's difficult to be graded as "A"), and at final walkthrough it was the final touches that was missing (such as filling in marks in drywall and paint correction). Also, one of the bathrooms is completely unusable due to a water pressure issue since the water does not run in the shower and toilet fills up slowly. The trustworthiness of the Sales Rep and Field Manager we worked with were amazing during the building process. Field Manager would send frequent weekly updates and answer questions in a quick manner (sometimes minutes after text is sent) and the Sales Rep would help resolve any other outstanding questions (such as HOA contacts). If I were asked if I recommended Pulte to others, I would say "yes" but don't expect perfection and know that you'll likely have to wait for fixes to be completed. ... Más

My process with buying a home from Pulte went rather smooth. Staff has been very responsive with any issues I have had.

Schedule adherence was great. In general, the house is built good and looks good. However there are aspects that left 1)quality of materials for cabinets etc 2) lack of quarter rounds on hardwood floors is an eye sore 3) No transition where carpet and tiles meet and it looks a bit dangerous 4) heat is mostly going into one side of the house(hopefully can be fixed) 5) feels like we can hear every sound from outside

Our Southwestern Florida Home built by Pult in is Amazingly Solid, very pleased, however we worked with them so they could close us by the end of the year knowing we had a dozen items on the Punch (Still to do list). This is where they totally dropped the ball, very unresponsive,...Very disappointing.

Overall the experience was fine with few problems, most, though not all of them were addressed quickly.
