Pulte homes are built in good quality.

During closing, Pulte went through all of my requests and made sure they were complete. I am happy with my new Pulte home.

This is our second Pulte home in Skye canyon and we just love it. They build a great house and this one we will be in for a long time to come!

The Butte model is perfect in meeting our family needs.

the Builder completes the house in time with very minimum issues.

1. seller associate is understaffed. It took some time to hear back from my question. 2. some small cosmetic issue during final walkthrough. 3. After move in, met a few issue like air conditioner stops working, severe separation for the drywall.

Pulte reps were always responsive and helpful, easy to reach, friendly, respectful of our concerns, great to deal with.

When I first saw this condo, I wasn't as observant as I might have been. When I moved in, I was so pleasantly surprised. The intelligent layout (for storage, etc), the high quality appliances, the large bright windows, kitchen layout/handsome cabinets, etc. The agent Matt, with whom I originally dealt, was professional & sympathetic to the supply chain resultant delays & very helpful on move-in day.

With the material and labor shortages due to Covid, we experienced delays just like most people have been these days. 9 months from start to finish. We even had to close on the house with some things not as complete as the builder would have liked. John has been amazing at helping us get those things resolved and his work is much appreciated. Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely helpful. I already mentioned John, but Claudia was great for getting answers back to us ASAP and was always high spirited about the process. Cindy’s work definitely didn’t go unnoticed either. Although, we rarely spoke, I could see the progress of the work she was overseeing and she definitely held everything to a high standard. Communication was very good. The team kept us updated.

Management & CS teams are great, but the quality of finishes is very disappointing.

My new home is beautiful

Overall, we are very happy with our newly built home. Appreciating the challenges that have impacted the economy with labor shortages and supply chain issues, our home buying/building experience was a positive one. Working with our field manager and sales rep we felt like we were kept well informed with the progress and timing throughout the process. Happy to be new Florida residents!

Since the beginning of the process our sales consultant (Jose) was so helpful and understanding that we felt he was part of our family. During the building process the field manger (Derek) was so accommodating of our needs that made us feel emotional of the entire experience. I hope every buyer has similar experience to us. Totally worth it

Building process took long, but understandable due to the current climate.

Overall experience is great. Pulte did a great job! Some of the follow up repairs from Pulte vendors is not up to the mark. Multiple followup needed and I am not impressed with their response.

My Overall experience is great.

My shopping experience was a little different than usual, as I don't live in the United States, the purchase was entirely online, with the assistance of the seller and my realtor. until closing everything was ok, but the process of handing over the keys to the house to my realtor , who was the person that I designated to receive the keys, was a little confusing, we had to get in touch with several people until they delivered the key to the responsible, even so, the keys of the owners closets were missing. as I haven't had the opportunity to get to know the house in person, I can't comment on many things yet, such as the quality of the construction, among others. It was a good experience!

I realize that many issues we had were out of the hands of the builder with COVID putting a strain on the entire industry. But my frustration with the lack of communication during the building process. With our last build (before COVID) we had four walk throughs of our home as it was being built, we knew when things were happening, with this one we had 2, one was technically our final walk through and our house wasn’t even close to being done (with us closing in two days). Again, a lot of this was due to us building during COVID, but living over an hour away, I wish they had told me not to come saying the home wasn’t ready. A lot of the issues we pointed out before close weren’t dealt with, we had to reach out to our warranty specialist, such as finishing painting our house, fixing our lock on the front door that was installed incorrectly and fixing a leak on our secondary bathroom. It was definitely frustrating. Thankfully the warranty team has been very responsive, and has worked with us to make our home what we wanted. To anyone looking to build with pulte, I’d say really review your options and maybe don’t build during COVID. ... Más

Best finish construction supervisor ever! Very professional and personable. Really liked his weekly updates and communication regarding the progress of our new home.
