Would have gave them a 5 but they was in such a rush to meet their deadline that I had to keep asking questions about the same problems items I wanted fix. PM was patient with me but I just feel like the whole build was rushed.

People were very friendly but don't know who has to communicate was. I received the papers concerne the HOA about 3 weeks after having signed and paid my house. I was told the we will be informed about the activities that are organise it is now 3 months that I moved in the house and still haven heart anything,

I've read a lot of reviews about Pulte. And I've seen a lot of complaints, most seem like the people just weren't paying attention but a few are valid. Communication, build quality, etc. We rarely got updates on anything with the house at first. If we didn't bug and email and text and call constantly we had no clue what was going on. We always wanted to see what the inspection reports were but we never did. That's how involved we were. We wanted to know every piece that went into this house. We drove over 9 hours several times just to get an idea about what was going on. With things like the roof impact rating, the builder and seller had no idea what we were talking about. We had very little control over small details that felt odd. If you buy a Pulte house you're getting the specific build with very little deviation. Post buying, a lot of the issues were fixed in the first month and they made sure to get the right people out to us more than once if something wasn't right which i appreciate. We somehow got a hold of the area manager (who's awesome) and things moved much faster. 2 months in and we have a few issues left, some minor, at least three major. The unfinished basement is great but I spent several days actually sweeping out the sawdust, nails, cigarette butts, and gas station cups. So that's nice. Things like the door stopper weren't' even aligned with door it was stopping but they fixed it. Our garage door is jerry-rigged because (and its assumed) someone put a nail through the electrical cables. No idea what the resell value of that will be. We have a list and almost every week one thing gets fixed. We understand we're not the only house and there's only so much people can do during the pandemic. And it hasn't been so bad an experience that I'd say I'd never buy a Pulte home again. I'm in the military, the next potential place we may go, we looked up if Pulte builds this model out there. But it should be said, if you buy a Pulte home, stay on their butts. GET A THIRD PARTY INSPECTOR A WEEK BEFORE CLOSING PEOPLE! He found a few things we never would've noticed. Yes, i had to deal with a lot of paper work for the mortgage. ITS A MORTGAGE IT SHOULD HAVE PAPER WORK! But the pulte mortgage people were always available and yes they're going to bundle and sell your loan, that's standard practice. But they were great too. Look, you're buying a house, it's a big deal. Don't just ignore it till it's done and trust that it'll be perfect. Annoy, bug, threaten and cajole because if you don't there's no telling what will happen. And once it's bought, stay on them anyway. I think most people just go silent or get frustrated easily and they don't want to deal with it. We still have major issues with the master bath, the grading of the land under the deck, the actual deck is very wobbly. We'll keep on them. But overall it's a fairly good house. Overall a good experience. There were some communication issues and I wish Pulte had tried to reach out to me instead of me trying to contact them first. But my home is beautiful!

Overall good experience. Not responsive to small issues. That part is disappointing.

Pulte builds a decent home but the pricing of the homes are getting out of hand. The actual development is beautiful and that's what sold us on building in this neighborhood.

We love living here and are enjoying the house. The home was built quickly and there are a few items that could’ve been done more carefully.

Overall great customer service and buying experience with Pulte Homes. Quality control could be improved and the cost of the upgrades vs. the quality was subpar compared to my experience with other builders.

We had great success working with Ellen in sales and Peter as the PM. We are very happy with them and their attention to our concerns and questions. We continue to be frustrated with the paint, texture, tile, door, electrical, appliance, etc.. work the subcontractors completed too quickly and with poor effort and attention to simple detail.

Delays is correcting issues discovered since Day 1. External HVAC system installed in the wrong place - was promised it would be moved before move in Day. It's not. Poorly installed HVAC system caused water leak that damage carpets. Still has not been repaired. I understand COVID problems, but yet the contractors who are supposed to fix the problems are actively working new construction in the development. Customer service promises fixes, but just not seeing any progress.

The sales representative for Pulte was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the building process. After closing ~ as with most new homes ~ there are issues that need to be addressed. Most vendors address these issues in a reasonable amount of time.

Quick and easy transaction. However, a few things to be fixed in the unit are taking a long time to get fixed.

Overall good value. Makes sure you do pre-closing inspection and get a commitment as to when things will be fixed. Hooking up to the internet is a nightmare but not a Pulte issue.

It was a wonderful home.

Overall, it’s the housing and development is amazing. However, now that we have closed and moved in and noticed some damages that we wouldn’t have seen during the walk through, there has been very little responsiveness to issues and not a lot of help addressing concerns.

Pulte builds a house with high quality finishings but what is behind those finishings leaves something to be desired. We have lived in our home for 2 months and we already have some visible water leaking issues. I am worried that we will find years down the road water issues that are invisible until it is too late. Also, while nail pops are a normal issue for a new home, I have never experienced them to this level before. It is almost to the point where we will have to re-paint whole rooms when they are repaired. My last big complaint is a general lack of attention to detail. There are multiple points in the house where the quality of workmanship is not what you would expect from a $500k house. ... Más

I’m glad to be in my home but now that I’m in it I’m finding a lot of issues with detail. Things that I feel other builders would have taken to time make sure it was completed to satisfaction. It just looks like they hurry through the completion to make sure it’s done instead of taking the time to do it. It’s like quantity over quality. And yes they come back to fix things after a year but just do it right the first time. I think the value I paid for my home is not worth the quality of work that was done. Just seems rushed.

Overall the house buying experience was good. We had several issues that came up and I feel Pulte did a poor job of mitigating them. Also the quality seems to be all over the board. For example we have nice bathroom fans that turn on when they sense moisture, yet our wall paint is so cheap it is flat white and stains by just looking at it. You need to keep your finger on Pulte to ensure they deliver as promised and ensure each upgrade you pay for is installed!

I purchased a Home from Pulte at the Cuneo Mansion in December 2019. The whole process took 7 months ,pandemic period included. There were issues from the beginning, the sales department team lacked the skills, they changed the sales contact person right after we signed, the blame passing started after that stage ,sales manager would get in touch only when I was ready to contact headquarters which I felt it was very unprofessional , he’s there to help I had a minor issue caused by the previous sales person that I needed addressed, acting like an unreachable CEO didn’t help the image of Pulte (I hear this from other residents as well, so it’s a regular business practice of his apparently) .The design department shows no interest in helping you choose anything or in selling you quality materials without triple the price , i can honestly say it wasn’t an amazing home buying experience , absolutely not , not for the price, but they build decent homes,the home plans are very modern and beautiful, the location is amazing , close to everything you could possibly need , they use lower price and quality materials , but you can tell that right away. Location beats any disadvantages, price-wise be ready to pay more for what is worth , quality speaking. The workmanship is good, they are not very responsive to issues once you do the closing survey I heard from the community . Construction engineer, Ryan was cooperant and professional , he saved the company image for us. So far after one month living in the new home I am pretty satisfied with the house. Minor issues that I hope they will address, nothing major so far! I recommend this subdivision for any age group, there’s a great mix of all ages , very beautiful surroundings. I am overall happy with my purchase. There has been some subpar and sloppy work found but I am working on getting it corrected.

1. First, we do really like our new house! These are some issues (not deal-breakers) that we have encountered after we moved in: 2. Very little closet space and storage space. 3. The house seems to be better suited to very tall people (the shelf in the shower is too high to be useable and the showerhead is too tall for my wife to adjust, the cabinets in the kitchen are too high to be used without a stepstool, the closet organizers are too tall to be useable for my wife - a person who is 5 ft 2 in - Even the shelf in the laundry is too tall.) 4. The closet organizers are not adjustable or easily removable 5. The shelf spacers/holders in the kitchen cabinets are extremely hard to adjust 6. The overhead LED lights are too high to be safely changed by the homeowner, even with a ladder 7. The driveway should have been disclosed as too short to park a car 8. Garage issues - of which we are currently dealing with Pulte and they have been very accommodating 9. When you use the icemaker, ice goes all over the floor by the refrigerator. 10. After using the dishwasher and opening the door to the appliance, water leeks on to the floor, There are more issues that I am still finding out about, so I would welcome the opportunity to submit a new survey after we have been in the house for two months. Original sales experience was misleading on some items. Mike, our construction manager, is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely detail oriented and ensures work is done exceptionally. Communication is not at all fantastic. There should be someone responsible for communicating better with the community and homeowners. Mike is in the field all day and many questions are outside his scope of work (common areas, etc.).

The materials were fine in terms of value for money, but the workmanship was not. There are visible sheetrock joints and bumps in some places on the walls. There is a rather steep gradient in the flooring, which may be by design, but there are minor yet noticeable ups and downs in the flooring as you walk on it. Similar minor workmanship issues throughout the house. The way the contract was drafted, it was punishing for the buyers in terms of timelines and penalties, so read it carefully.

We had 2 salespersons. Male then female. The male sold us the home and was rather minsinformed about home options/upgrades and didn't seem to care. He just wanted us to sign the contract and move forward regardless of all the options we could choose. Some of which he either didn't know himself or didn't care to tell us. He was laid off and a female replaced him. She was better. Our first field supervisor was not very hands on nor responsive to get stuff done. He was laid off and replaced. Our replacement field manager was much better in terms of progress on the house. The "trades" they use are sloppy but overall we are pleased with our home. I feel it is a quality home but they could use some finer more attention to detail trades. The 3 star trustworthiness is due to their salesmans lack of knowledge and their first field manager (terribly nice guy) but inability to produce results and multiple lies about fixes that were supposed to have been finished. ...
